Losing my car was so devastating. Diana laflaura was so kind and compassionate in getting me back in an affordable vehicle for the month I needed to work. She fixed my rates so it would be reasonable for me and gave me my deposit back. Thanks for all your help satisfied customer here ?

The staff at this Enterprise location are very unprofessional, they come off as stuck up and make little effort to be helpful. My recent experience there will be the last time I rent a vehicle from any enterprise location. In September of 2023 I took my wife there to pick up a car and I witnessed a male staff member engage in inappropriate conversation as he made flirtatious advances toward her that were much more than casual. It's a shame I can't give zero stars.

I went through enterprise because of an accident. The drivers insurance was supposed to cover everything i got my $50 deposit back left more gas than i got it with and was charged then charged $31 no email or anything as to why or what the charge is.

Austin Blazevic held me hold for 47 mins waiting to see if they have cars or not. I have my sister in law to call this location she talked to Austin and he told her he had several cars available and to come in. I came in talk to Austin he still tried to convince me that he had no cars available, I feel as if I was racially discriminated against for whatever reason. Austin refused to give me his boss number. This location/ Austin here Discriminates against African American people... This experience was the worst of all my rental with Enterprise Car rental.

The driver that picked me up was excellent. He was so kind and polite. The rental process was disorganized. I had a reservation, but still had to wait for a car. There were two other customers there with the same issues. The car was 3 years old and covered in dents and scratches, and the interior was badly stained. I thought rental cars were always newer.

I had left something in the car and the next day I called and the lady who answered the call was very rude and short she sounded very irritated and annoyed. So I went to the place and the manager said he was going to look in the car for me and call me later that day and never did get back to me. So I went back and the same manager seemed like he did not know what I was talking about and was not at all sorry that he did not get back to. me. Bottom line is that I did not get back what I left in the car and even though it was not a big deal it was the principle that he did not call me back to let me know if they had found the item I left in the car. They were not at all willing to help me or even inform me of any updates.

Fast, friendly service. Was given a ride home because I lived very close by. Very expensive, though, and one tire was low after a couple hours of driving. But good overall, will return.

My car was totaled in the beginning of June and so I had to get a rental provided by my insurance and so I went to this Enterprise. Austin helped me out, it was extremely quick and I was in and out. Customer service was 5/5, communication 5/5, establishment 5/5. Highly recommend.

Good place to do business with. Only one complaint but with the main office trying to pass a smaller Wagonner as a Suburban. No way does the Wagon have the same cargo space in the back for luggage. Austin was very nice and tried to look for another bigger truck for me but no luck as it was last minute. But did give me a price break. I would do business here again but with a guarantee to get what I need and pay for.

Very poor customer service from manager named Austin. I booked my reservation week in advance. Even went to location 2 days before my reservation date b/c they don't answer the phone when I was trying to contact them about pick up. Austin was at location that day seen my reservation and did not inform that do have the vehicle I reserved. Now the day of my pickup he informs they don't have the vehicle or anything similar to offer stating only can give a compact SUV. the one i was picked up in which was dirty inside so i could not believe he even suggested that vehicle to compensate or I would need to pay more..this was very unacceptable / a compact anything does not make up for a full size vehicle request and instead of him offering simple good customer service I had to request number to corporate which he only gave call center info. Even more shocking the escalation rep informed the location manager could have easily found compensate with a better vehicle at no extra cost but this manager Austin I guess felt no need to assist me properlyNow I have have missed a important appointment that I even informed them i had when request picked up was placed and having to wait for a call from a area manager because the manager on-site is incompetent whenit comes to customer service very unhappy with this turn oiy at this location also I work for a big companyWhich is was uswas using was using was using this service thru our corp accoumt and will make sure they are aware of this!!! I would not offer yhis location for anyone to visit

Great cars and great people.I especially recommend Michael. He was really understanding, and worked with me when I was picking up my car, then again when I was running late to return the car.. then finally he helped me resolve an issue with an additional charge. Thank you Michael!
