I spent $600 for a 50,000 mile checkup and customer service was pretty much this is what is or leave it…. Don’t explain what they did or do just read the sheet on the desk….how about would you like some coffee or water while u wait?? When done gentlemen said ok Mr Evans your keys are with the cashier… again how about going over what was done and making u feel like u just invested in their business and your car u bought from them…..Think they can do better…

Brought car in for oil change, in the past I got a car wash also. This time I did not receive a car wash, very expensive oil change and tire rotation to not even get a simple wash. Maybe not included any more. Will do elsewhere for future oil changes. Just not the same service

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! Especially if you have an aftermarket warranty! It took me 3 service visits to get a trunk latch fixed! And then they tried to charge me a warranty deductible twice which is part of the scam they are conducting! If you have multiple issues on your vehicle, they will only fix one or two and ask you to bring it back (assuming for the extra deductible charge). I had 3 issues and they only fixed one and basically said, "the parking sensor issue could be anything, what do you want us to do?" I said "FIX IT!" They didn't want to have a tech assigned with too many hours on something they couldn't diagnose or fix. They also did 2 transmissions under warranty on cars with less than 70k miles and within 10k miles already having issues with it! And BTW, they use rebuilt transmissions yet charge the warranty company $10k each! This place needs to be investigated for fraud!!!

Was there for an oil change and it took almost two hours to complete. I saw the my vehicle sitting in the parking lot and my keys on a desk. Then when I asked about it. They said they needed to finish paperwork.
