Beware of the "YO-YO scam" A yo-yo scam occurs when a consumer is led to believe, through acts or omissions by a car dealer providing financing, that the loan financing is final when in fact the dealer has not finalized the financing at all. This practice is known as spot financing. It's a common method dealers use to get you to buy a car. But for less-legit lenders, it can be used to manipulate the buyer through a "yo-yo financing scam." A dealer who never intended to give you the offered annual percentage rate could claim that financing fell through.In the yo-yo scam, the dealer allows the customer to leave the lot on a spot delivery but pulls the consumer back to the dealer like a yo-yo on a string. The consumer is then pressured to sign a new finance contract with worse terms or surrender the vehicle WITHOUT retuning your down payment. These crooks must be STOPPED! How do you sleep at night KNOWING you're scamming innocent people? May God have mercy on their souls!!!!

5 STAR Service!I was in the market for a 2024 Trax Activ model. Called several dealerships and actually visited one, went through the process & was about to buy until Castle Chevy called me with a great deal. They beat the competition by$1000. Ulises and as well as the other staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new car and would recommend them if you want a fair deal without being taken advantage of.

Horrible dealership , horrible employees, & horrible sales manager ROGER RAMIREZ ! Roger gives off the impression he's a racist , he sent the African American guy to speak with me after I stated numerous times "I want to speak to a manager." After the African American guy already said to me "that's above my pay rate" when I explained to him what was happening far as my situation . Won't everrrr be back & don't recommend this dealership to NOBODY ! & IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING TO TRADE THEIR CAR IN TO CASTLE CHEVROLET , DONT ! It's gonna comeback that the car is still in your name & impounded for altered plates . ROGER WAS A COMPLETE RUDE ASS from the start . Dont see how he's a manager!

For all my service needs, Castle Chevrolet is the ONLY place I trust. My Mechanic Jason, is very honest and knowledgeable with GM service updates. I initially took my brand new Chevy to the dealership I purchased it from, for a simple oil change. For my second oil change I wasn’t around the area so I decided to take it to Castle Chevrolet in Villa park. I was informed that the wrong filter was used from my last oil change ?
I reported this to the service manager from my previous oil change and he wasn’t aware of the filter difference for that model. Very disappointed and shocking. I never went back there since. Having a trusted mechanic is very important. Your family’s safety is on your vehicle and trusted mechanics hands.

I live behind the dealership. The mechanics joy ride in customer cars in my neighborhood all the time. I tried calling to complain and no one wanted to take me call.
They joy rid in customers cars. Do not take your car here!!
