I’ve been going there for many years Saturday. I went in paid with my debit card and sat there waiting for the gate to open same with the person next to me and the person before me 10 minutes later a gentleman comes out and looks at us all I’m waving at him with my receipt. He turns around and goes back in Five minutes later with horns a honk and he comes back out. I said come here. Your gates are not open he was when did you pay I go 10 minutes ago. Why are you mad at me? He says Not my problem what I do wrong what you did wrong is come out and look at people then walk away and go back in. If you forgot to turn the gates back on just admit it, then he took my receipt and give me a three dollar wash when I bought the six dollar wash Never going there again after many years of good service

Been going here for years. Excellent service, and the owner takes his business very seriously. Super customer service focused. Anytime I mention something isn't quite right, he immediately makes improvements

I used to like this place, but the vacuums are really deteriorating, some barely work at all. The ‘spot free rinse’ is a joke and the dryers moved the water, but didn’t dry my car. I also had a negative experience with one of the employees. When I made a mistake entering the wash and he then ignored me (stopped answering my questions) and just shook his head at me like I was a child. It was a mistake. Calm down dude. I really can’t stand when someone takes a superior attitude towards me - towards anyone. There are so many car washes to choose from, go somewhere where they appreciate your business and their facilites work properly.

Websites says open at 7:30am. I went a 9am and it wasn’t open. Other customers and I were knocking on the windows no one was there. Very unprofessional. What about the customers that travel a great distance to use your facility.
