*** SO CALLED MANAGER "YESENIA" LEFT US A REVIEW ON GOOGLE AND LIED THROUGH HER TEETH... HERE's OUR RESPONCE: ***Yesenia, YOUR REVIEW IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH... We are contacting the police now. We are now convinced that the tampered FUEL PUMPS/credit card machines are an inside job at your gas station "BP 350 E. North Ave in Villa Park" ... We are a high-volume dealership which used to use this station for the last six years. For the last several weeks there have been issues with pump 1,3,6 & 8, we have brought this to your attention several times, today you became agitated & rude. You were beyond unhelpful as the card reader clearly would not release the card from the pump. Many of the pumps are damaged near the card reader and some are just flopped open... We had our card hacked after using this gas station in July. We are very pleased that the new gas station opened up nearby as we will not be coming back EVER!!! Hopefully everyone else will too. We have been a customer for 6 years & only in the last few months been bringing this to the attention of management. This is a serious issue which they don't care about because it's more than likely an employee. The harsh attitude & little concern this woman had has led us to contact the police. We have an honest business which this horrible "manager" is attempting to slander for being called out. After a heated exchange initiated by Yesenia, we are in contact with British Petroleum Inc corporate office to bring this exciting employee to their attention. The owner has been in the car business since 2004 & opened Dream Car Chicago in 2013 & is highly regarded by 1000's of clientele... This frivolous review will not disrupt us as we have a clean and transparent business model... We just don't have our credit card ripped off by gas stations & not bring it to management's attention... Sorry folks!!!I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS GAS STATION CONTACTS ME DIRECTLY.

I’m knocking off a star (-1 Star) for location, being that it’s hard to get in and out of during rush hour traffic and that there are not too many diesel pumps with little ease of access. Other than that, I’ve never had a problem with this establishment. I’ve been here multiple times for cash withdrawals, drinks, and candy with polite service from the cashier/attendant. (+4 stars)

Attendent took my lotto tickets and would not give them to me said he would give them away to someone else. Would only accept cash for the tickets and refused to let me pay for them. Shady business
