Our trip to Bob's furniture store in Villa Park yesterday was truly enjoyable. Tyree and James provided excellent assistance, showcasing their extensive knowledge of the store and its wide selection of furniture. They efficiently addressed all our inquiries and guided us through the purchasing process, resulting in the acquisition of 5 pieces of furniture in just half an hour. We wholeheartedly endorse Bob's Discount Furniture to anyone in search of quality furnishings.

Guys, if you need good and inexpensive furniture, this is the store. Be sure to ask David! This is the best employee of the store! It will help you find what interests you and lift your spirits for the week ahead! And we bought a sofa and got excited! David, sorry it took so long to write a review, we have become too lazy on this sofa!

The only reason I’m giving it a 3 stars is because of my sales person Nad. The management was rude and short. Short with her attitude and short in size. She was very dismissive and seemed irritated to be working. She almost ran me over and I’m in a cast due to broken foot. She did not apologize. But we were there to purchase a sectional for the basement. Found a really good deal. Price was great quality was nice. Again I would give 1 star due to customer service or lack of with management but Nad was excellent helped us with measurements and was very patient. DO BETTER BOB FURNITURE ESPECIALLY WITH CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS
