My issue was simply low tire pressure but the Villa Park store was great. Mechanic checked the pressure and added air to all 4 tires. He also carefully showed me how to do it myself if needed. Very respectful that I did not know how. Quick help, friendly, and saved my Saturday plans for a road trip.

No communication between the team. Everyone is always sitting on their ass it takes all of them to be able to work on one car. Like who is running the show here? Btw they'll wait for you to sit there waste all your day and avoid you on updates.

Everyone at this location is kind, professional, and efficient. Got me back up and running in 3 days, 2 of them being Saturday Sunday. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in the area.

On yesterday 9/26, i went to this location to inquire about repairing my tire. So I get to the counter and I assume this was the manager that was about to help me. I told him the situation and out of nowhere he jumps to sorry we can't help you today. So I observed two cars in the bay, one customer in the waiting room, and one car in the service lot area besides me. He start saying can you leave it with me and he'll get to it whenever. I'm like what kind of answer is whatever? So at this point I started pointing out the obvious. Staff just standing around playing in the bays, you don't close til 8pm, and a few other things. He then proceed to say to me you can always take your car across the street to Discount tire. They probably can help you. So with that being said, no I don't recommend anyone visit this store til some customer service training has been conducted.

Bought some Mastercraft tires today for my car and Thomas D. Sinks JR
Took care of me.This guy was an excellent Mechanic / Tire technician.
Very happy with my purchase. If it wasn't for Thomas I probably would of canceled bc I was really shopping here to give my buddy Jake some business

I had visited this place for tired and thought the customer service was excellent but I brought it in for a noise when I accelerated and I would not recommend for
repairs. . They didn’t bother to check what i brought it in for and found a host of other problems. Funny I had just recently had it inspected and none of those issues were found . Not even by them when they inspected it after selling me tires.. Maybe because I’m a woman!!! STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO COME HERE FOR ANYTHING BUT TIRES. And the price wasn’t even that great on the tires!!!

Rod was amazing! Top tier even. Had 2 tires blow out simultaneously, and had wheels brought in, and tires put on, same day. In a pinch, and Belle tire helped me out in a great way!

I normally don't write reviews but felt my recent experience at Belle Tire in Villa Park deserved one.....You don't find too many business these days with better customer service. Everyone was helpful and easy to talk to. Put four new tires on the truck, got it done in good time, and at decent price. Shout out to Rod for helping throughout the process. Keep it up guys!

OMG THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! I had been to two other tire shops to fix my wheel / tire issues and HADI fixed it. HE IS AMAZING!! The entire store is SO CLEAN, LARGE and FRIENDLY. I recommend them to all my family and Friends!!! THANK YOU HADI you are so knowlegable and have a greatTeam!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Belle Tire in Villa Park. My family are long term visitors, and today I had my first trip. After spending over 4 hours and almost $800 at a different Belle Tire, I was left with a damaged inner tube. I called Belle Tire of Villa Park and they let me walk right in. They were efficient, they were organized, and most importantly they were kind. I would strongly recommend Belle Tire of Villa Park to anyone in the area in need of car repairs!
