Very friendly and helpful store staff. I was genuinely happy leaving the store after my purchase. The store associate helped me load the battery into the trunk of my car as it was very heavy, he made sure that the batteries I ordered in other stores (very unusual and expensive batteries) will be waiting for me and ready for pickup. These folks saved me and enabled me to get back on the road and be comfortable in the process. All the best and thank you!

Tried giving me the oldest battery even though I requested a more recent date after ststing therecwas no recent date battery. After other employee came in he pulled the same battery off shelf he lookrd at and said there was nonebut it was dsted current month. It was a deliberate lie to sell oldest stock in total disregard to my request. Lying is never necessary. Not sure I can do business with a business that makes it a standard practice to lie!!!!!

went in to get my iPhone XR screen replaced as it had blacked out for $119, and i was back within months to get it repaired AGAIN as I had dropped it and the screen blacked out again. Both times I noticed that I couldn’t click certain things on my screen at times and would have to lock the screen or restart my phone entirely for the screen to work. I went to quick repair shop in Elmhurst for the same price, only waited 30 minutes and no longer am having screen problems. I wouldn’t recommend tbh

I shopped online at batteries plus bulbs to get what I needed. Then when I was picking the items up in the store I forgot I needed one more thing and I asked my sales person who directed me right to what I was looking for plus he also gave me the 10% discount that I got online which was very nice.
