“(I'm quite slow to write this) I had a pre-purchase inspection here and they were fantastic to deal with. They were fair in their pricing, identified issues with the car, helped me understand the 'severity' of the issues, and gave me important information for working with the dealership on what needed to be done. I was impressed with their eye for detail.
All the issues they identified were correct, the prices they quoted were fair, and they helped me contextualize that nothing was a 'deal breaker'. I would 1000% have them inspect any future cars for purchase! If I lived closer, I would be happy to have them be my local shop.”
“Ed does great work and it shows in his workmanship. He takes pride in his work cuz I never had an issue with any of my boat cushions he's done off and on for me for the last 5 or 6 years. He also calls me to tell me they're ready way before the time frame he says he needs them for. Who does that nowadays, and most the time, most places you have to keep calling to figure figure out when you're going to get stuff back. He must put in a lot of overtime when he's busy to keep everybody happy”
“I took my beloved Mercedes there, after an accident. The passenger side door got a dent? Anthony, the owner met me on time, very helpful, and the whole staff there is so respectful, too. He saved the door by changing the hinges, and repaired the door completely. So happy for their service. It only took him 3 days to complete the work. Price estimate is reasonable and honest. “I had a check engine light on and a couple other warnings literally the day after I brought my car to the dealership. I walked into the Lombard Advance Auto, Chris helped check the codes. Turns out the dealership must have cut a wire or two. Chris not only helped me diagnose but also fixed the problem by soldering the broken wires. We cleared the codes and everything is back to normal. You don’t find people willing to help a stranger. Chris went above and beyond. Thank you!”
