They are terrible people. I was cut off and wasn't finished. I get the hint. I'm not stupid. Going elsewhere with my business. No wonder they are closing down.

Awful place with a manager that is super unprofessional and rude. We brought our car in to get body work done. I picked it up and they had ripped my seat, completely denied it. Not to mention they forgot to calibrate the cameras so I had to come back. He claims there are time stamped photos of the car with the rip.l right when it got there. Funny thing is, they had to drive the car from the front to the back. He claims that in that time, how could someone cut the seat?!?! Didnt realize there was a time frame for seat cutting. He didnt want to look at his cameras when the car was moved, got in a argument over the phone with my husband and kicked myself and my 5 year old out, without completing the whole job. Please stay away, listen to the other 1 star reviews!!!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!

I had a small fender bender a few weeks ago. I told the insurance company I wanted to have the repairs done at A to Z. No. problem. I stopped by a few days later, got an thorough estimate and scheduled an appointment a few days later. The work was finished as promised, on time, and perfectly done. Couldn't even tell where the damage was. In addition, the interior of my car was really dirty from the winter slush and accumulated dust, dirt paper wrappers etc. I was dreading cleaning it. To my surprise, the interior was totally cleaned and detailed. I was happy, not only for the prompt and good service but also the surprise detailing. I will recommend A to Z to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. Great Job!

This is not a place a would recommend to my worst enemy. The owner is rude and unprofessional I brought my vehicle to have some body work looked at and I was told that it would be a waste of there time to work on my car then threatened me cause I asked why he was being so rude. Please look elsewhere there positive reviews are fake and so are the owners.

I brought my 2017 f150 to A to Z body back In January. My pick up was struck on the drivers side by a plow and pushed into a curb on the right. I talked to Ricky at the shop about the accident and explained the mechanical issues the truck was having. The truck wasn't shifting correctly- the steering was off the right rear tire wasn't rolling straight. I also showed him my front right rim where it was scratched from the curb. Ricky promised I would get my truck back in a month before my insurance stoped paying for my rental. This agreement was the only reason I took my truck to their shop. I was hesitant because my fathers pickup got repaired here before and their work wasn't the best. They furnished my truck on the last day. When I picked it up I evaluated the paint and noticed imperfections and that my right wheel scratch wasn't repainted or touched up. Because I needed it for my business I just accepted it. After the first day of loading tools I found my door where the car was hit didn't close correctly. 1 month and they couldn't do it right the first time. Brining it back to get fixed correctly would cost me a rental truck and the hassle. So I put it off. After taking the truck to a repair shop for breaks. They notified me there was close to $1,500 in damage with the axle and tire damage to the tire where it hit the curb. This would upset anyone to have a car needing to sit at a shop for another week to get fixed from damage caused by an accident that a body shop never looked over. I called Ricky to ask him to make it right by getting me a rental and fixing door that looks and shuts terribly. I told him the rear axle and tire are already getting fixed but that it inconvenienced me for work. I referred to the body work as the S word. He was offended and sarcastically told me to ask again without insulting their poor quality in work. Instead I said I'll leave a review to warn people about his poor attitude and work quality. He sarcastically said I look forward to seeing your review. His excuse for not fixing the mechanical issues were that they are only a body shop.. obviously the same way you took it to a trans shop to get that issue fixed you should have taken it to the mechanical shop you work with to get the axle looked over while you had it for a month. I remodel houses for a living I never get called back but if a customer isn't happy because I did something poorly and never fixed all I should have. I wouldn't blame them for calling my work S and being inconvenienced. This shop has terrible quality if you have a nice vehicle and care about the outcome don't bring it to them. My family has been bringing their cars for repairs to Rickys cousins shop A to Z auto repair for years. His poor customer service and sarcastic attitude will cost them good customers. My F150 Raptor now has poor paint and a ridiculous door gap.

Worst experience - definitely a bad experience - had a windshield replaced with an aftermarket(AM) windshield (told aftermarket will work may need to have Acura recalibrate sensors / camera)- twice - first worked correctly - unfortunately ithe windshield cracked and needed to replace a second time - after the second windshield was installed the rain sensor was no longer working - I took at back that and A to Z was unable to get the rain sensor working - I took it to Acura - Acura would not work on it since it was aftermarket. took it back to A to Z and they were still unable to fix it - no option but not to use the rain sensor function - additionally - the cover for the sensor / mirror would not stay fit to the windshield. Fast forward - a year and half later - the camera / LKAS warning came on - due a loose connection. Took it to Acura - they were unable to get it to calibrate as the AM windshield - bracket would not allow the camera to sit properly to - the bracket was not glued to the right place on the windshield - I had to replace the windshield to OEM to get it to work - Camera worked and told Acura to fix the rain sensor - Acura said the rain sensor was not properly disconnected during the windshield installation (as per instructions) and caused it to short - A to Z denied the damage and would not pay for repair - Ricky is very immature and deflects blame to everyone else - stated he wasn't responsible for the AM defect or damage to the sensor and would no longer discuss - his father would never run the busniess like this!

My folks brought their Camry in to have the bumper replaced and they are nothing but happy. The bumper looked brand new and they completed the work in a timely manner.

I've had body work done twice here on my Mazda, and both times the car has come out looking flawless. Kyle is amazing, he takes the time to explain everything to me and makes sure that everything is done to meet my high standards (lol) and looks perfect. If you ever have questions, either Kyle or Ricky respond to emails very quickly. I trust them 200% with my car!

Ricky and Kyle are GREAT! I needed a new fender and new bumper. They helped guide me through the process with State Farm and made sure I was able to save as much money as possible on the replacement parts. They also helped assist in the rental care process while it was in the shop. Communication was clear and the I'm very pleased with the work they did! It's always important to spend your money at small or family owned businesses like this one. We have power in where we use our dollars, so why not support real people instead of giant corporations for your car needs? Without a doubt will send family and friends here for any body work!

I wish i didn't have to even give one star. The owner is a mad man who just assaulted me when I went in to pick up my car. I had the car in his shop numerous times for the same problem and he just has no idea how to fix it. He has obvious anger management problems that he should have addressed Immediately.

Ricky, Kyle and Denise are the loveliest and most helpful people. I had a pretty bad accident back in February after all the ice and snow we had, and the entire rear end of my car was messed up. I have had to come back to A to Z multiple times to get my issues alleviated, and these guys have done everything imaginable to help me with my car issues. (Which have seemed to be endless, new things popping up, etc.) They have dealt with all insurance issues and I haven't had to do anything, they have been so quick to return my calls, and have been extremely communicative. Hopefully my car issues are finally behind me, but I know if they aren't I can rely on A to Z to go above and beyond until everything is back in perfect working order. Thank you guys for everything!

Recently i was rear ended while sitting at a stoplight. I had my car towed to A to Z. I just picked it up. It looks and drives as good as new. The staff at A to Z was helpful and responsive throughout the process. I can't tell you how sincerely they care for their client's satisfaction. I recommend A to Z Body and Fender most highly.
