Rob is a great guy, a fair mechanic who will allow you to repair your own car after you pay for his diagnostic services, which I really like.

(I'm quite slow to write this) I had a pre-purchase inspection here and they were fantastic to deal with. They were fair in their pricing, identified issues with the car, helped me understand the 'severity' of the issues, and gave me important information for working with the dealership on what needed to be done. I was impressed with their eye for detail.
All the issues they identified were correct, the prices they quoted were fair, and they helped me contextualize that nothing was a 'deal breaker'. I would 1000% have them inspect any future cars for purchase! If I lived closer, I would be happy to have them be my local shop.

It's a real shame I can't recommend this shop anymore, but my last few visits were so unpleasant. My most recent stop there for a basic estimate was just the last straw.
I don't know why the owner allows his employees to give such awful service. Rob and his father Bill built a great place, and it's become awful without them around.

Rob and his crew are the best!
Ive been a customer since my daughter was an infant 20+ years!
Now that she's in college she needed a car but funds are tight, so I acquired an old Mazda that needed work.
Rob, Joy and the rest of the crew provided me with a detailed estimate of everything it needed and I'm happy to say for a few grand in repairs she's got a reliable car !
They're honest, reliable and reasonably priced!
After all these years they're like family!

Robert and Joy were amazing with the car inspection done for a vehicle I was looking to my buy for my son. They gave some really good advice and steered us away from a potential disaster with their insight. Robert even went above and beyond to speak with the salesman to explain the issues he saw with the vehicle. They were awesome!

This shop is the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Also, they are very honest and trustworthy. I've taken my vehicle to them a few times for a few different issues. They've always given a correct diagnosis and will not do unnecessary work just to take your money.

I needed an oxygen sensor replaced in my old mini van. It was far too difficult to reach on my own so I called A to Z, as they are a prominent local business that I’ve been driving past for years. They booked an appointment for me to drop off my vehicle. They fixed the issue same day and did so at a very reasonable cost.
The staff were excellent, they were friendly and professional throughout. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Robert (owner) has always taken the time to understand the problem and fully explain what it takes to fix it, give any alternatives and offer honest and thoughtful advice.I've taken my cars to him for years and always been satisfied that the work was done right and that I was charged a fair price.Most recently I gave him a call to ask about an issue I was having with the dealer and my father's car. He took the time to look into the problem, called in another professional to consult, and talked me through my options and gave me advice on how to proceed.He did this without expecting anything from me and without suggesting I bring the car to him.I will always bring my cars here.
