The lady that was working at the post office on 12/15/2023 at 2pm was super rude and unhelpful. She was rude not only to me, but also the elderly lady in front of me. I understand the holidays can be stressful, but rude, unintelligent postal workers make it even more stressful. The gentleman that actually delivers the mail in Villa Grove is a rockstar, he is friendly, and efficient. It is unfortunate he has to work alongside a grumpy grinch lady inside the post office. If you need to mail something in the area I would suggest Philo or Tuscola as they are all friendly and helpful. Do better rude Villa Grove postal lady…or just retire.

The staff and the carriers at the Villa Grove Post Office are fantastic. I'm a small business owner and they have gone above and beyond every time for me and my business. I'm so grateful to have a Post Office in my town that supports me and supports my business. I can count on them and without their support, our business wouldn't be able to grow like it has. Thank you! You're all appreciated every day!

Are mail is not getting picked up by the lady who deliverers our mail she just put mail in to our mail box but dose not pick up the we have in our mailbox to go out

The staff at the Villa Grove Post Office went above and beyond to locate a package that had inadvertently been delivered to another local address. One of the staff members even hand delivered the package to me at 7:00 in the evening. I truly appreciated their diligence and their kindness.
