The worst service that can be, for such a high price that they charge every month. For the third month they have been adding $40 on top of the monthly payment and when you come to them they do not want to solve it, referring to other people to solve it.

Stay AWAY from these SCAMMERS.... They will rip you off with hidden fees and fake promotions. Company has several cases regarding security. Personal data was stolen from millions of customers . Please be safe and stay away from these criminals .

I came in to set up service for my new house after getting divorced. Thought I received great service until the next month when I realized my ex-wife and my accounts were linked, and no one can figure out how to unlink them.

This review is xfinity Billing we have a credit coming taking over a month customer service has been of zero help With excuse after excuse. As for the internet and cell service it Has been excellent. My only problem is with customer service which has been diverted to an off shore Customer service that has no idea how to Solve my problem.

I am the first person to complain about poor service - so please believe me when I say this store is FANTASTIC!! Every visit and interaction I’ve had with them has been A+. 6 months ago, I switched my Mom to my Xfinity mobile plan and they not only saved us a ton of money on cell service, they lowered her monthly home bill. Today, I came in because her internet had been slow and cutting out. Walked out with a new router and wireless DVR - we got them both set up in 30 min with NO trouble and had beautiful streaming and fast internet for hours. And her bill went down $3! I am truly SO impressed and grateful for such incredible service.

Waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged by the young lady, black hair, wearing glasses.She literally had me standing in front of her, at the front counter, how rude of a Customer Service!!

really poor service at store and mobile service. My dad passed, I cancelled at the store 2 years ago. They Billed me every month for a number that is inactive. No activity at all. Customer service agreed with me but said the store did not not cancel. Sent me to collection for $120 for a phone number that was not used. I will leave them for my home asap.

The absolute worst! For months I am unable to get the promised speed of 1,200 mbps! I was even told to purchase an external modem which I did. The speed did not resolve - the modem provider says it's xfinity and xfinity the modem provider. After 4 hours with xfinity rep and a day outage - I finally went to the store to pick up their latest modem as I was told this would solve the issue. Waited 3 hours to pick up a modem but Xfinity is terrible in every aspect if their service offering

They need better customer service. Guys upfront are rude, careless. Didn’t give options of being able to help when I spend over two hours yesterday with customer service to create account and they have 0 information of mine. As a new customer I’m already unhappy on how they handle business

Having an appointment doesn't really seem to mean much other than when you arrive you get to go to the front of the "line", but still behind others who also made appointments. We were finally taken 25 minutes after our appointment time, which is aggravating. Aside from the the annoyance of being taken late, we had an outstanding experience with Jason. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He was even able to get me a credit for an erroneous charge for a service visit a few months prior. I was absolutely pleased with the service we received!
