I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a place of business as I have today by store manager Henry Sanchez. He would not even discuss my issue or try to find a resolution and spent my time blaming me for his employees incompetence which put me in this position. I was given misinformation about my order from an employee and the issue has continued to cost me upwards of $300. He would not even take accountability for the employees lack of knowledge and the negative impact it has had on me. He continually repeated “this is your fault”. I am disgusted to have been treated that way by someone who manages a customer service team.
I strongly second the message noted by the last review “it's clear that this team is neither trained in professional behavior nor equipped with the skills to support the products they sell.” On top of their incompetence they can be very rude. I have never seen a customer-facing establishment provide such a low level of service.”

We went this morning to finally cut the cord. Cable was costing us an arm and a leg. Spoke to a young lady there who asked why we were there. We told her we wanted to drop cable and the landline, but keep wifi and home security. She looked at her computer and informed us there were no current promotions, however, if we wanted to wait three days, there may be one. We said, "no." And she said, "okay." And that was it. No more cable. We were amazed since we'd been customers for over 20 years that they'd try to keep our business, but nope. No care in the world. She did talk to us about the storm last night and how she was tired. Makes up for it right?
Then we look at the security contract. In our package on the form, it states that we have "video monitoring. However, we don't have cameras. We asked why it was on the invoice and why they never set it up. She said she hates the form and that Xfinity just puts that in with everything. Excuse me? They add stuff to the invoice even though they don't give it to you? So messed up. Glad we switched. Glad to cut the cord.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but was turned away when I tried to return a pod 2 or 3 days past the 30-day return window. Now I’ve got a $120 piece of equipment I don’t need. Thanks, Xfinity.

I usually don't write reviews, especially if they are not positive, but after experiencing absolute bottom-level service for the third time in two years at this place, it's clear that this team is neither trained in professional behavior nor equipped with the skills to support the products they sell. Some of the staff exhibit a lot of attitude on top of their incompetence and can be very rude. I have never seen a customer-facing establishment provide such a low level of service. Congratulations to those who occasionally walk away with a good experience, and good luck to the rest!!

Had a cable box go bad - apparently during overnight firmware update - so I went in to swap it out. They scanned it, confirmed our address and I was out the door in less than three minutes!

After reading so many reviews of negative experiences at this Xfinity store I wanted to put in my actual good experience. They were helpful, courteous, and I was in/out in less than a half hour. I know it does not always go smoothly but I had several issues all of which were resolved with no problem.

The worst service that can be, for such a high price that they charge every month. For the third month they have been adding $40 on top of the monthly payment and when you come to them they do not want to solve it, referring to other people to solve it.

Stay AWAY from these SCAMMERS.... They will rip you off with hidden fees and fake promotions. Company has several cases regarding security. Personal data was stolen from millions of customers . Please be safe and stay away from these criminals .

I came in to set up service for my new house after getting divorced. Thought I received great service until the next month when I realized my ex-wife and my accounts were linked, and no one can figure out how to unlink them.
