I have a child and I am constantly on the go, so my car gets super messy by week 3. The employees did a great job cleaning my car and the overall service was great. It's worth the price and cheaper than others. Definitely going back.

Steer very clear of this company. they broke my side mirror and then claimed prior damage had already been done. Total lie on their end. Pathetic that we come in for a carwash, they break our mirror, then do nothing about it, and we are out $300 for a new mirror. This is not a respectable business if they break things on our car, have video tape to prove it, and do nothing about it. Horrible business. Steer clear if you don't want to be out of pocket for damages they don't take accountability for

Normally they are pretty good. But today I asked them to clean the trunk and they didn't. I guess it was partly my fault for not looking before I left.

TERRIBLE value for the price! $25 exterior only car wash. I wanted tire shine so I had to get the $25 wash. Tire shine is not available as an add on service to a less expensive wash. It was applied by the machine, not by hand, which is NOT the same result. Also, NO HAND DRY! $25 and no hand dry!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They only offer hand dry to their members. I used to go here all the time when it's was Mobil but will NEVER use this vendor again!

I have been using this location for the past couple years and now more than ever their attention to detail is disappointing. It’s the glass they struggle with time and time again. It decision making time if I give them another opportunity to get it right.

I personally think these guys are doing a great job. I know they are not as professional as you want them you be but come on they are mostly teenagers who are earning some extra money while studying. Anyways I’m always pleased by their work I wash my car at this location almost every day and if I want something done in a different way I know I can always tell them and they’ll do a better job. Respect to those who work no matter weather. ?️

Over priced, bad car wash For $17 I would expect a dry to be included. Without it there are many streaks and missed areas that the wash brushes don't get, particularly on the rear of the car. At the other gas station car washes they often have a person with a brush getting the rear of the car. I wouldn't come back.

Rude staff. When I asked how long would it be before they got to my car they said 5 to 10 minutes. After 23 minutes with 2 cars still ahead of me I asked for a manager. He,was rude and lied to me. Said the holdup was a customer locked keys in car. It was his staff, I saw the whole thing. Liars, better to lie to the customers instead of admitting staff made a mistake. Rude, nasty liars and inconsiderate to customers. Glad I got a refund and left so I didn't give them a chance to steal from me too. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I’ve been a member for 2 years and I recently went in and upgraded my basic wash service to have my entire car cleaned aka selected the Whole Thing option for $45.00. I drive an SUV and to my surprise they didn’t even touch my trunk??Apparently you have to also pay for the upgrade of cargo which was not conveyed to me. So what you’re telling me is it really isn’t “the WHOLE THING!” This place is a scam! Kind of mad I even tipped the guys.

Waterway Carwash provided an excellent service. They tackled the challenge of cleaning my car's interior, which was laden with dog hair from my Australian shepherd, with impressive efficiency. The affordability of their services was a definite plus.While the exterior wash had a few lingering bug spots, the speed of the process was commendable. I appreciated the quick turnaround, which is often a key factor when choosing a car wash.Moreover, the interior rest area was a pleasant surprise. It was not only clean but also offered a variety of food and beverage options for sale. This added convenience made the overall experience even more enjoyable.In summary, Waterway Carwash delivered on affordability, speed, and a comfortable rest area, making it a solid choice for car owners. If they could address the bug issue on the exterior, it would be even more impressive.

Just found out today, after a months-long absence from this particular car wash, that this Waterway Carwash installed new washing machinery to replace exterior hand drying and hand cleaning of tires. The water/chemical pressure now utilized in tire cleaning is uncomfortably strong. I worry that this new equipment and cleaning method will damage my tires.For its steep price I do not think I will return to any Waterway Carwash for this seriously downgraded service. There's too much available competition to take a chance on my car with this chain.
