We had the pleasure of having Kevin Brend.. work with us. He is a highly qualified designer.. visited our home looked at what we wanted to do.. then visited the store where he presented multiple options for us.. a true pleasure to work with.

We had the BEST experience at Walter E. Smithe with Kevin. He was very knowledgable about the products but was invaluable to us with his design background. I showed him a picture of our living room and he gave us valued advice on sectional options that would work best in our space. When we narrowed down a few options in terms of favorite couch and sectional options, we went home to measure out and think through. Came back the next day with what style we wanted and were faced with many fabric/color options for the couch and included pillows. Once again, Kevin to the rescue. He let us take the lead on what options we were drawn to, then he stepped in to help us consider all the different elements to fabric selection and color coordination.The selection of options and quality at WES was great, but the design expertise and support we received from Kevin was invaluable. Cannot recommend enough!

While the quality of the furniture is supposed to be top notch, our sectional sofa (leather) showed wear after 6 months. Then at the one yr mark, one of the recliners got stuck about 20% sticking out. When emailing, I was told I was out of warranty but I could contact a company on my own or pay 160, just for them to come out. I have other couches, that look way newer than this one and they were less expensive by quite a lot of money.

Never felt so unwelcome. Needed a rug and coffee table. I guess it wasn't a big enough sale. Old orchard has better staff. Kate did my whole living room beautifully.
