I have no words to express how kind and understandable and human Mina (the pharmacist) has been with me for the last couple of weeks. She answered all my questions (which were a lot) with a smile and a kind expression. She is not only professional and knowledgeable, but she kept me on her thoughts through all the stuff I was going through. We need more people like her in the world! Thank you

12.50 pm on Sunday, May 19, my wife needed a 4x4 photo, they didn't want to take it. He had to argue for them to do it, today the excuse was that he didn't have his hair tied, yesterday that he didn't have a dark shirt. Result, they have the photos but they didn't want to cut them because the cutter wasn't working. If employees don't want to work, let them quit, but don't waste people's time, what do you think? Are we coming to Wallgreens for a walk?

The absolute worst pharmacy I have been to.
I did a pick up order including my perscriptions because I had my dog with me and they told me I didn't pay for perscriptions, I had to go to curbside, wait another 15 minutes, to find out I was charged twice and they refused to release my perscriptions.
Why include perscriptions in pick up if you don't know what you are doing.

Ninoo is the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I can’t believe someone with such a horrible attitude is allowed to work with the public. If you hate your job that much, find something else but don’t take it out on people who are just trying to get prescriptions filled.

I would like to thank a manager of a second, shift, sorry, forgot her name, who is always kind, highly professional, understanding and always filling to help customers to get the best help and experience. She has the best smile. Highly recommend this store, associates and especially the manager for your store needs. Also, in particular I would like sincerely appreciate Earlene Barfield, second shift store manager, store number is 04674, for High professionalism, kindness and always helping people to the best of her abilities. Always fun to go to the store when Earlene is there welcoming customers with a smile. We do greatly appreciate you.

After reading several unfavorable reviews, I was hesitant, yet I decided to continue with the Walgreens location I've frequented for years for my pharmacy needs. Regrettably, my recent experience was disappointing. Upon calling to confirm the availability of my prescription, the automated system provided me with a specific time. I arrived ten minutes post the given time, only to find my prescription was not ready. I was then informed of an additional 30-minute wait. While I understand that delays can happen, the accuracy of wait times provided by an automated system is crucial, especially when it pertains to medications that may be urgently needed. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the system for future transactions.

Waited 45 mins for one vaccine. Two people that were there after me got called but nothing for me. One even had to fill out the form right there. Do better

Unprofessional. Incompetent. And slow to boot.
This pharmacy seems to be inefficient and unfamiliar with the simple work of a pharmacy. I witnessed how they treated a mother with her newborn, trying to get her medication. It was appalling. Were they trying to get her stressed out on purpose??
If you want a better pharmacy experience, try digging in the gutter to find loose medication. Or, go to another location. You'll be glad you did.
