No wonder the postal service has such a bad reputation. This place says it all. I can't even drop off mail outside! The grounds and outside look like an abandoned building. Just close it already!

Today I came to the post to get my passport I had the worst customer service experience with Bridget. I made a mistake on the application and then she told me she cannot give more applications because it’s a waste of paper and money with this attitude like she pays for this. Then she tells me that why I didn’t tell her it was two of us getting passport and that she could have done everything together. Ever Since I went in the office I told her it was for me and my son . She has this attitude that I wanted to go off but I kept my cool. They really need to work on their attitude.

This post office lacks the most basic services. It does not even have a mailbox or mail slot of any kind outside the post office building. If you need to mail something and want to do so outside of post office hours, you cannot do so.

I am always more than satisfied with the prompt service that I receive at the Loveland Post Office. Some days there is a wait only because the Federal PO will not let passports be scheduled all on the same day, those are what holds up time. I have never observed any of the workers being rude, in fact Josh goes out of his way to be kind and apologize for the wait.

I mailed a priority mail march 6 , 2024 due to arrive march 8, with the tracking information I tracked and it says in transit for almost 5 days, so I called your office and they said they would check and the package was finally delivered delivered today march 15 destroyed. What kind of service is this? It says priority mail 2-3 days and finally arrived 10 days. It was insured and where is my payment and also reimbursement for the mailing. Terrible service

I visited this location on Sept. 20, 2023 around 3:45 pm to mail a certified envelope.The service by Lilly was excellent, efficient and professional.I am not a resident of Vernon Hills, occasionally, I used this branch and have had a good experience with Lilly's customer service.Thank you!
