This is a very fast and convenient way to get a cell phone or device fixed. Andrey assisted me with my cell phone repair. He was super accomodating and friendly. Unfortunately for me, this was my only phone, so after leaving it with them, they could not call me to let me know that an add'l issue was found. I had to come back at the pick-up time to find out. This puts the customer in an uncomfortable position to make a decision on the spot and have to wait longer than they expected....AND pay more than they expected. They have you by the short hairs at that point and I'm sure that is part of their business model.
Their claim is that becuase they are Samsung (or Verizon or Google) partners, they cannot complete your repair unless they ALSO do this ADDITIONAL repair. Again, they get you by the short hairs.
You end up feeling taken which leaves a lousy taste in your mouth.
If I have to do a repair again, I will likely find a place that does not have agreements with Samsung, Verizon and Google so I am not scammed into buying anything I don't really need.

Alwmay have a great experience when I have a problem with my laptop and bring it to ureakitiFix. I love that if there is no real issue you don't pay a dime. Last week I was having an issue with my laptop and took it in. Turns out that it was an issue with my mouse and no repair required. Bought a new mouse and here I sit on my laptop....problem solved. Thanks to uBreakiFix. Thanks much.

I had a google pixel known issue on my screen. They had parts so walked in and they fixed it within a couple of hours. However, the Phone's surroundings have bunch scratch marks of attempting to remove the screen like an immature attempt. So when i went to pick it up the guy said "he didn't work on my phone and whoever worked on it is not here right now." So be careful and take video before you give any device to them otherwise everything was well. The issue is completely gone.

Seemed great until I had a repair needed. Never fixed, all Asurion claims were denied against their policy. Don’t fall for this scam.

Had to have my screen fixed on my iphone13. They were very quick with the repair/replacement and transparent on what was needed. Definitely expensive but cheaper than buying a new phone. Will be back if needed, but hopefully not anytime soon. Thanks guys!

First time I went the glass was broken over my camera. Second time, my screen wasn't responding to touch. Both times Noah G helped me and got my phone back in order. Noah also was able to complete the work under warranty both times, and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. First fix was pretty extensive but still had my phone back in a day, second fix I got the call within an hour of dropping off my phone! Thanks Noah ?
