Good store if you like Kpop, anime, or Sanrio. They had a LOONA album which can be hard to come by these days. We also saw the Yves album for the first time. We felt the Kpop merch was a bit overpriced but we still made a few purchases! Would definitely return based on the selection available.

Do not shop here, had such a horrible experience shopping here multiple times. Every time I have shopped here the employees act the exact same. They are SO unnecessarily rude. I’ve never met worse employees. They also act like you’re stealing the entire time and awkwardly stand a few feet away from you pretending to do something as if we can’t tell what they’re doing. they were so obvious about it. I can’t stress enough how horrible the customer service is it’s not worth your time or money.

First time at this location. Note that the main photos shown are old. They told me that they don’t bring hardly any plushies in anymore and their focus is more on figures. They have a huge selection of sh figuarts and figma and then some other really cool statutes (non posable). They also have other anime knickknack things, if you’re a anime nerd this place is for you.

I've shopped here many times before and I usually haven't had a problem. This time however I bought a kpop album that surprisingly had a blank CD inside. Literally just a transparent cd that played nothing. When I informed them of this, they were just hostile from the start and dismissed me with no attempt to help. Overall just incredibly poor customer service. Beware of being sold anything fraudulent as they have no way to assist you and apparently they wouldn't know if the stuff they're selling is unofficial. Pretty disappointing but good luck to those buying albums.

The store is super cool and I was even going to buy something but I had my son put it back because we were followed and watched the entire time we were in the store. At least don’t make it so obvious! Very rude and we won’t be back.

This has been my favorite K-Pop store for the past few years. The albums are reasonably-priced (SGS & Lightsticks are a bit more expensive but that's a given) and they have such a large array of items! They sell Kihnos as well and SMini albums, which you won't find easily in the area.

Awesome selection and well organized! The staff was nice and very open. They are knowledgeable on their products and where they are located which made it easy for me to navigate and know what I wanted to purchase. Definitely coming here again!

Great place for anime-lovers and weebs to shop. I will admit that they don't always have things in stock but that is not their fault and it's just because they don't get anime shipments often since the mall doesn't really care abt anime :(. But this is overall a great store to shop at :D

Honestly I love this place but my most recent experience wasn't the best. I've had a great experience with almost every worker but my most recent time the worker was rude to me. She was really nice to all the other guest but not me or my family. I really hope this wasn't a race thing being as all the other guest were white and we were not. When I asked a question she rolled her eyes and answered. I really hope this was a one time thing and won't happen again. I did buy something too so it wasn't like I was in there for no reason she also decided to ring someone up before me even though I was in like and next. Not a great experience but has been a good store up until now

!!!!!!!!!there is a app called Aliexpress that has the same stuff as this store and it it wayyy cheaper. i got a pack of 100 stickers for 38 cents!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway this was HORRIBLE.i would never come back here. the girl in there was very disrespectful, she kept cutting me off and she was the only one in there and i was at the end off the line standing there for almost 15 min and when it was my turn she said she was closing.i was the last one left and i only wanted ONE THING. and the shelves were very dirty. i saw some ants on the floor! -10/10 would NOT recommend.
