Specialy cashier zeaba is very nice & she always give us great services. My mom likes her.she is very friendly.

Terrible. Literally a 20 person line and the manager insisted that he needed to just stand on the floor instead of help checking out. I asked if he could at least help check out until he was called to do something else, that people have been waiting and now they are leaving, including me and he just said there was nothing he could - he needed to just stand on the floor doing nothing in case something came up. Very strange way to run the store . . .

This TJ max store usually has a lot of items to browse for. I always find fun things here and you can find designer brands for cheap if you’re lucky! Lines are long sometimes but they usually go quick.

I’ve shopped at this location for two years and TODAY was my LAST DAY EVER STEPPING FOOT IN THIS STORE!!!
I was treated poorly by staff at the dressing room about two items I was attempting to try on. The worker questioned if I was being honest about how many items I had after showing her the two things in my hand. She begin to try to inspect my baby’s stroller to find additional concealed items but there were NONE! I allowed her to look and then very frustratingly said “That was it”!
As I exited the dressing room and left the two items behind the worker then proceeded to yell at me about the items being left behind and said I could not leave without retrieving them and showing her myself.
I brought this matter to the blonde hair blue eye male manager who did NOT CARE about my concerns. I chose to leave all the items I was prepared to purchase at the counter because I refuse to be treated like this in 2024 while I spend my hard earned money where I am not appreciated or valued as a PAYING CUSTOMER!!!
PLEASE HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT AND REPLACE THE ASIAN GIRL AT THE DRESSING ROOM IMMEDIATELY!!!

This store was in bad shape. Customer service was horrible. I asked if they could open another register considering the line was growing and there was only one register open. The assisted manager Spencer said no I don't have anyone, while standing behind the counter with three other employees doing nothing. I guess him opening a register is below him. If your not going to open a register clean up your store. No one wants to buy products that are on the dirty floor.

My wife went last week to buy jewelry, but when she asked the sales associate to let her see a nacklace, the associate responded, by asking her if she was going to buy or just look at that point my wife got furious because in order for you to buy you have to see first, the response from the associate wasn't really professional I suggested that you guys trein people better or hire customer service oriented personal.

Worst customer service I’ve ever gone through. I was sitting in line for 20 minutes because they couldn’t find a price of the item they had on the shelf and then they had me step off to the side to help another customer. You’re supposed to help the customer in front of you not another customer.
