Awesome customer service!!! I ordered a wrong color and they were kind enough to add other colors to match the paint color I wanted at no charge. Jason was super great answering all my questions and even my stupid questions. Can’t do better than JC Licht in Vernon Hills!!!

I love this location, they have so much space and the staff is wonderful and helpful. I love working w Liz! She has a great eye for design and has such patience and is so knowledgeable, even if they’re busy, she makes time and space for customers, it’s a real personalized experience

Very satisfying experience. They were less expensive than 2 other companies but still offered a quality product. Dawn was knowledgeable and professional. She met me at my house a second time bringing the swatch I picked so that I could pick out a complimentary paint color. I would highly recommend J.C. Licht.

Excellent service by the rep I am working with, Michelle. Honest with her opinions on how some of my selections might or might not work. Helped me move forward when I was stuck and overwhelmed. Went above and beyond with her time to get me to a point where I could finalize my order. Install has been easy, quick and efficient. Would highly recommend for drapes, cushions, Roman shades and roller blinds. Fantastic customer service.

5+++ in house consultation. Michelle, the designer, was fabulous. She asked about my preferences and noted the room lighting to steer me to the window covering that would best meet my needs. Michelle has great taste and helped in the selection of fabrics and colors that would complement my decor. An awesome start to working with JC Licht!

My entire experience was smooth and painless. From scheduling the in-home visit to the final installation, it couldn't have been easier. Michelle was so helpful with her design suggestions and my windows are beautiful. Dominic installed everything quickly and professionally and both were a pleasure to work with.
