I just left the store listening to an employee speak to a customer about "turning back gay marriage" and how he "shouldn't speak about certain things at work"
The employee should have taken that to heart since I just witnessed full homophobia during PRIDE month. If this location is ok with keeping homophobes employed, that's disgusting.

I'm extremely happy that Houston was so helpful and explained how the Staples points work, help me with the entired process of correcly setting it up. If it wasn't for that experience this review would had been 1⭐️ because of the unpleasant experience at the printing section of this store.

No one will come to ask you if they can help you find what you’re looking for, and my experience is definitely in the running for the top five rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered. Thankfully, Target sells office supplies, too, and their checkout people don’t act as if you’re inconveniencing them.

If you’ve been to one, Staples, you’ve pretty much been to all of them! They all carried the same huge stock of office materials, which include basically everything you need to run office at work or at home.The difference at this store was the staff! Although it was 15 minutes before the closing of the store and I’m sure they were tired. They were still extremely helpful, courteous and Knowledgeable of their products!

Just bought a awesome chair and the service was good just make sure you're buying a new one instead of getting the floor model if you ask them to build it for you. My floor model was already scuffed so now I have to use my warranty already.

I send a lot of my prints here for High Tails Animal Rescue, NFP and the customer service is always the best. We needed to print out Santa Paws flyers, Andie the print and marketing supervisor cut my flyers for me and did an amazing job! Great customer service and quality.

This store is a disaster. I ordered a single 8x10 print on a Thursday. That following Saturday I received an email that it was ready for pick up. That Wednesday I go to pick it up and they said they couldn’t find the print. So I resent the image again and none of the employees knew how to print it. There were 4 others in the store who also had issues with their prints. One person’s print was blurry, one person’s was the wrong color and two others they couldn’t find. After an hour, they promised it would be ready the next morning at 9am so I left. I came back that Friday morning and they said there was no order under my order number or my name. So I had to instruct them to look back at their recent emails to find the one I sent again… at least this time the employee could print it. Never again will I order something to be printed from here.
