Ashley refuses to cut my hair as I had a little gel in my hair and insisted she wash it first as she could t guarantee he cut. Told her I didn’t need a guarantee and she still refuses unless she could increase my tab. I informed her I’d washed it 3 hours earlier and had to shampoo it again later this afternoon so I didn’t want to dry out my scalp and hair. Ashley was very abrupt and NOT customer-friendly. Angela never has a problem cutting my hair when I have some product in my hair. Will not ever allow Ashley to cut my hair.

My hair looks like it didn’t even get cut. Additionally, I have been here 4 or 5 times now and each time my hair has been cut differently and I get the same haircut everytime.

This was the worst haircut of my life! She cut it way shorter than I wanted, and I was embarrassed to go to work the next day. Also, she never showed me the back. I assumed it was fine, but later someone pointed out that it looked like I had a small bald spot in the back. I will be finding another place to get my haircut in the future.

Online check in was 94 min. Showed up 5 min early and waited 30 min so kid could watch rest of game before going for shampoo. Then I got a bad cut.

Molly is the best. She takes her time to get the cut right and gives the best shampoo. I usually choose next available but will request her next time.

The online check in is complete nonsense. The waiting time jumps kangaroo style. Although I came in time based on the app, I waited in the store for almost 45 minutes.

Checked in ahead of time. Received a text that I was next up. Walked in - no one greeted me - my name showed as next up on screen. While waiting I received text that I didn't make the appt - name was removed from board. I uncomfortably told the lady who was cutting someone else's hair what happened. She told me I was supposed to check in. i missed the tiny sign. Now it sais 51 minute wait. I drove 10 minutes out of my way to come here and re-arranged my schedule. Crystal was incredibly rude. My child and I walked in and didn’t know you could sign up online, so we waited. She grated us with an eye roll and when it was our turn she called our name and then skipped us and moved on to the next name until her coworker pointed out we were walking up. I asked for another stylist after yet another eye roll. Just don’t go here. Terrible.
