I had the worst customer service experience at this store. I took my mom visiting me from Canada to get a pair of shoes. At the check out counter the lady was so rude and told me to leave the store after demanding me to put back a display shoe .. I asked her politely why such rude behavior and she told me to get lost! She was refusing service and said we came too close to the closing time. I have never felt so insulted. She was racist and I think didn’t appreciate polite colored people in the store! One of the clerks came
At the end and said sorry she is pregnant hence the behavior! The leadership team needs to evaluate and audit this store!

Friendly staff who greeted us promptly and asked if we needed help, clean, well-stocked store. Couldn't make up my mind on a couple different pairs, but I'm coming back to buy soon.

Max was magnificent!! Very professional and so helpful. My only problem is I wanted to show my appreciation, but he couldn't take a tip. If I had a business, I would love to have Max work for me.

I think he said he was the assistant manager but my goodness was he the best! Super helpful and amazing customer service, not just to me but to everyone! And I think he was the only worker in the store at the time too and it was super busy. I’ll definitely be back!

Store clerk placed online order for me, size 13 xwide. He did not offer me the widely advertised 25% off. I asked him about it, so he re-did the order. When the shoes arrived, they were the wrong size. I returned them.

Fantastic customer service especially from Arely. Sweet girl was very helpful and found the perfect pair for me. She sure does know how to make a sale! Will definitely purchase many more pairs in the future!

Associates were super helpful specially Eden. I went in to do a return and they were able to find a pair that worked better. Great customer service. Definitely coming back and would recommend!
