stopped by at Sephora to get something for my nieces lately and the first person who greeted me was Yuna who helped me a lot to get what my nieces loved at the end!! She was nice and sweet and very knowledgeable about different products and needs (specifically for teenage girls). She made a very good suggestions and I was blessed with her service!!

The older lady that works in the morning act like she is the owner of Sephora. I asked for a sample and look. Where is it? I’ve never got a sample that looks like this. Some people don’t need to work at these places. I spend so much money and look. I will get her name and update but she needs training.

I spend way too much time at Sephoras but this one has got to be the one with the best customer service. I always have great experiences here. I find that they are also pretty well stocked, which is great!

I went to Sephora to look around with my mother. I was very happy with my experience. One of the managers, JoAnna Marie was very helpful and very interested in what I was looking for. The skin scan was super cool too. The area is beautiful too.

Loyal customer at this location for years since it’s basically the only one near by…loved everyone there but not returning to this location. Horrible, rude, unprofessional new “manager” - most likely an untrained key holder…insinuated very loudly that I was doing something sketchy with my payment and clocked an attitude real quick when I asked “I don’t understand..” and she replied very loudly with something along the lines of “you’re getting what you want you shouldn’t have an attitude ” and continued making it sound to the poor associate she was “helping” at the register that I was being slick and pulling one over her.. Ive been a rouge member and have spent thousands of dollars at that location a year. It was so embarrassing being made to feel like a thief infront of a full store and long line of customers when I was doing nothing wrong. Disgusting and ratchet behavior. I was in retail management for 5 years and I was at first trying to suggest what I think the cause of my issue was but they kept repeating “we can’t keep doing these over rides for you” - B I have never in my life asked for an override anywhere… terrible. And I will be reporting to corporate. I have time today, child.
