I MET THERESA AT HER PREVIOUS LOCATION IN RACINE AND HAVE GLADLY FOLLOWED HER NOW TO HAWTHORN. SHE IS MY JEWERLY GIRL. I CANT IMAGINE FINDING A PRESENT OR SOMETHING FOR ME WITHOUT HER ADVICE. SHE ALWAYS HAS AN IDEA AND WILL GO OUT OF HER WAY TO FIND JUST WHAT I NEED. SHES A TRUE GEM!

We have been coming here since 2020 when my husband and I picked out a custom engagement ring which was made beautifully to exactly what we wanted. We also got our weddings bands here. I have worked with Theresa several times from cleanings, resizing and ring inspections. She is always friendly and efficient.
Most recently we came in for a third anniversary wedding band and she was patient to show me various rings and let me decide what I wanted. She also gave us the sale price on the band. Would recommend this jewelry store and ask for Theresa!

I've been a R&H customer for about 25 years. Originally we shopped at the Woodfield location, but started exclusively using the Hawthorne location after working with an exceptional representative named June. Sadly June retired, but the store managers have continued to provide us quality service since then.
The current manager Theresa treats us as well as June ever did, making us always feel like we are the most important people she's met that week. When we don't work with her, I've overheard her working with other clients and she treats them equally as well.
The store offers a pretty wide selection of items and I've been able to find pieces for multiple family members, along with what feels like a never ending assortment of variety for my wife. Additionally, the on-site jeweler who does repairs and styling is top notch. My wife saw an actress with a piece she liked and the store had something similar, but not quite what she wanted. The jeweler was able to craft a one of a kind piece that was basically halfway between what she saw on TV and what the store had, but fit exactly with what she wanted. The price for this work was remarkably affordable too.
I look forward to continuing our patronage of this location. Two more purchasing holidays this year!

I would just like to say that the kind folks at Roger's & Hollands went above and beyond. I met up with them after looking around for an engagement ring for what felt like months. They sat with me and walked me through all the ins and outs of engagement rings. They were very kind and patient with me throughout each visit.Theresa and Carmen I truly want to thank you both. You both took the time to not only help me create a ring that fits what i was looking for but also took the time to educate me on it all. I still have to pop the question but when the time comes i want to bring her in and have her meet the fine people who made this all possible.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hawthorn Rogers and Hollands Jewelers. Theresa and Jim were very patient as I looked for a very specific pair of earrings. I was trying to find something similar to a pair of earrings a friend had lost. They let me take photos over and over because they kept coming out blurry. The earrings they ultimately found are beautiful and I got a great price.

I had a great experience working with Theresa. I have been a long time customer with Roger's and Hollands and just switched to the Hawthorn location from another location that I was not happy with. I am very pleased with the Hawthorn location . Theresa took her time with me and I did not feel rushed.
