I am pretty sure every employee in the store asked if they could help us. Store had a very nice selection. This will be my go to REI in the Chicagoland area

Today is stop by rei around 1 pm to try some gym shoes their and the guy in shoes department was really helpful and professional and really nice also we got greeted on our way out by a lady she was also really nice is hard to find nice people now days so Rei should be appreciative to their profesonalism and good customer... read full comment
