Just drive to the next closest branch.They have no sense customer service. Branch Manager— Michael is literally the definition of, ‘if mansplaining was a person’.If you have any color in your skin also forgot about feeling welcomed and assisted in this branch.

Nice customer service and friendly staff. I just wish the teller behind the counter were a bit loud coz it was really hard to hear them over. Else, nice local bank. Would surely recommend.

Terrible customer service experience at PNC. Went in to my local branch to bring the necessary paperwork to close out an account for a family member who recently passed. They told me they need a specific form, which I had with me, that needs to be notarized, but they would not be able to notarize it because I don’t have an account with them. So frustrating.My family member has an account there, that’s what I am doing there! So now I need to go somewhere else to get it notarized and then go back and close out the account. Making things difficult, just to be difficult, that’s not good service! Now they can guarantee I will NEVER have an account at PNC with this awful service.

Very good bank to do business with. I had an issue with a pnc out of Schaumburg trying to withdraw money from my account to purchase a vehicle in Schaumburg, so i called this bank to speak to the manager, so they could call over to the Schaumburg branch. They did exactly that and they took care of me. I totally understand the Schaumburg branch having issues withdrawing such a large amount from a checking account to protect against any kind of fraud and that also makes me happy to know. This branch is a very good asset to pnc, so i just wanted to share my experience with others. The manager of the pnc in libertyville/Vernon hills branch is awesome. Thanks again!

Long story short, I've had one hell of a year & found myself in a financial pit. I finally took the initiative to make an appt with Ryan. This guy was the most helpful, understanding, and personable banker I've ever worked with. I can't begin to express my gratitude for taking the time to thoroughly understand everything I'm up against & have a friendly conversation with someone who was able to get me back on track. Thank you, Ryan!!!

I have been a customer of PNC for quite a few years now and over the time, I have been getting less and less pleased with the services provided. I went in on weds and proceeded to deposit one check while cashing another - they then told me I did not have enough in my checking to cash the check and that it would be cashed against my savings, which okay fine. I have been coming to this branch since they opened, she then asked for my ID and I handed It over to which she then asked if I had a non-expired ID. My ID expired on 09/19/19, which was a Thursday. Most DMV's are not even open on either Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday. With that said, I am a full time student and work full time ... my birthday was also on 09/19. I went in on 09/24. That gives me one or MAYBE two days to have no been busy enough to get a new ID during the less than convenient DMV hours. she then proceeded to tell me that she could not even cash my check because my ID was expired and that I could only deposit it in my account, when I needed to have that money to pay a bill that day that I was going to have to hand deliver in cash. Absolutely unbelievable. I offered to show her another form of identification and she would not even look at it. I will be making the switch out of PNC very soon.

we opened online account with PNC online in response to their 300.00 offer, never received documents from the bank to complete account set up so in two weeks went to the bank to complete account set up. Manager told us not to worry about delay and promised to extend our time line for the direct deposit to get special offer. The extension was never done and we never received promotional money.

I am really impressed with my experience with PNC! My fiancé and I decided it was time to open a joint bank account, and we are glad we chose PNC. Mary, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. She truly listened to our needs and was able to tailor our experience and the type of account we needed. Setting up the account was a breeze , and as a bonus she showed us to how to operate certain functions on the atm and got us comfortable with the layout! It was just nice touch, and we appreciated her taking the time to do so. I also want to quickly comment on how friendly the woman in the lobby was too. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and welcomed to pnc. She genuinely seemed happy and appreciated us choosing this particular branch. A nice touch and genuine interaction. Little things like this make me happy to bank there! All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. One more thing to note is the manager again took some extra time to explain to me how to set up my online banking and also the features of the app. Pretty pleased! Happy customer!

Pulled up to the drive through, pressed the call button 3 times because i had a question, no one answered, but they proceeded to help the person who came after me in the next lane and had sent their items up the chute already, so i left, very dissapointing pnc..
