My daughter loves her teachers. They are friendly and professional. She is always excited and happy about going to the daycare. I definitely recommend this daycare.

The staff at Kindercare has been amazing. I love being able to see pictures of all the activities they are doing. My daughter loves going to Kindercare and I know she’s in good hands!

This place is not safe. Injured child. No accident report. The real issue was when the center director denied the incident. Sad how they allow people like that to be in charge.

I would like to share my experience with the Philip Rd. Kinder Care located in Vernon Hills.As the Virus spread, and things were shutting down, my local Kinder Care also shut down, unfortunately without a lot of warning. My place of business is considered “essential”, so I still had to go to work, but was in a very tight spot as I had no day care for my son and not much idea of what to do. Luckily for me, my local location was able to help me connect with the Vernon Hills location, which was still open. They even handled getting my son transferred over there! I was stunned (and quite relieved) that my local location would do that for me.It was only supposed to be for a few weeks, but as I’m sure that we’ve all experienced, things didn’t go as planned. My son ended up being there for the summer as well. I couldn’t be happier that he is there! It is a wonderful location and Sandy and Aly (the Director and Asst. Director) have been extremely helpful over the course of the past few months given the situation. They have gone above and beyond to help out.I can also see, from the daily reports that I get, that my son is learning things and doing fun activities, and not just sitting around playing video games all day. I really like the fact that he continues to learn. He enjoys being there, as has made several new friends at the location.As the school year is about to “begin”, we’ll be going back to our normal location as Kinder Cares are set up for e-learning now. We’ll really miss the Vernon Hills location and seeing the people there. The place turned a terrible situation into an excellent experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone looking for day care for their children.--Dan H

I absolutely love this center. We moved to this location when our center suddenly closed. Its been a fantastic transition and the best thing that happened to us. This center has an amazing retention rate - which is huge for when your children are young and need stability. The center is clean, bright and well-taken care of. The center director, Sierra takes a great deal of pride in her center - and makes it feel like home. When you walk through the doors, you'll know exactly what I mean. The teachers are amazing - they go above and beyond to take care of the kids and they really love them! Oh, did I mention they helped fully potty train my kid in less than a week! Yea, stop looking, you found the one!

As a former employee of KinderCare and after being at several locations throughout IL. i really fell in love with this location for my children. The staff is always easy to talk to and accommodating. My son and daughters are always well cared for when they attend. even with my life situations being difficult they are always supportive and follow regulations. Admin is always available when something is needed and the building is well managed, clean and presentable. i have recommended several families to this location and will continue to do so. keep up the great work!

We switched to KinderCare for after-school care after my child was having a tough time managing anxiety in 2 other after-school programs. The smaller class size and focus on homework at KinderCare was a win-win for us. Because our kiddo got the work done (and help when needed) before pick-up, we actually got to have FAMILY TIME after dinner. No more homework battles! I also can't say enough about Miss Sarah...she is exactly the kind of personality my child needed. She's fun and loving, but does not take any nonsense! She has a knack of knowing how much to push and how to inspire confidence. The change in our kiddo in a few short months was amazing thanks to Miss Sarah!

The Phillips Rd Kindercare is a wonderful place to send your children. The environment is safe, and welcoming for all ages. Both of my boys love exploring the play areas and the teachers really listen to your concerns.

My granddaughter attends here and she LOVES it. Her teachers are awesome, loving, caring and kind. It is very reassuring to know she is in a safe loving place! The director and assistant director are very approachable and are dedicated to the children and the environment the children experience.
