I recently had a facial at Tricoci Vernon hills. This location was very nice. I had a hydrofacial done by Milena and it was such a wonderful experience! Milena was super nice and made me feel so relaxed throughout the treatment. The products she used felt amazing on my skin, and I could really feel my skin getting a boost of hydration. My skin felt clean and refreshed. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a facial. Milena made this a relaxing experience for some much needed self-care time!

It was a disaster, I asked for a balayage and they did something totally different - they scheduled me for another day and they bleached my hair more - and today it is totally damaged

Had on and off decent hair cuts here for a few years but when trying to call and schedule an appointment the phone rang and rang. Tried calling 3 separate times, just ringing and an automated message repeating to use their mobile app for faster service. I do not want to download a mobile app to schedule a haircut 4 times a year - time for a new barber that answers their phone.

5 stars for Oxana. She is wonderful and always perfects my eyebrows. However I’m giving 4 stars because prices are so high for services that aren’t worth that much. You can find cheaper at self owned businesses. Only keep coming here for Oxana because I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. If I’m in a rush and Oxana doesn’t have availability (which she always does I just don’t plan my times right so I schedule it last minute) Marybeth does a good job at cleaning them up. Both are very sweet ladies and I’ll keep coming back for them. I cannot praise Oxana enough though!!

It has become evident that Mario has retired because the family that took it over has no sensitivity to the beauty industry and has change structures in the business based on money alone. Clear many of the people who work there are very upset and the leadership fails to understand the artists who work for them. The leadership does not come from this industry and as a result can not run things in ways that work well for the industry. I hope this is rethought out and changed before too many change.

This is a review ONLY for haircuts… I have a wedding I’m standing up in just over one month and my own wedding in October. It’s been a journey being a cancer survivor to have long hair again. I went in for my haircut on Friday to get the dead ends off, only asked for 2 inches at most, and got much more cut off! Now my hair is completely ruined for the wedding I’m in next month, will not be long enough for my hair trial in July, and will not be at the length I desired for my wedding in October. I cried the second I walked out of the salon! I would not recommend for haircuts. I’m absolutely devastated!!!
Regarding “reaching out” to me, I received the refund for the haircut and was asked to reach out if there was anything else that you could do. Unfortunately, you can’t make my hair to the length I needed for the wedding I’m standing up in at the end of April, so you’re right- I didn’t respond. I can’t believe you’re trying to put a negative connotation as if I did something wrong. I even returned the next day for a pedicure, but after that response- I don’t think I’ll be back at all.

First, great pedicure. However…from the lack of any greeting upon entering the salon to the flagrant attempts to upsell, I won’t be back. The service provider neglected to ask or mention that the callous remover she was applying would be an extra $20–until I was paying my bill, at which point I couldn’t say no, right?!? Then, even though we chatted about the fact that I wouldn’t be making another appt because I’m from out of town—she booked one anyway after I left—without asking me. Only way I knew was I happened to see the email. If I hadn’t and had missed the appointment, I would have been charged.

Since it's been weeks and no one seems to be able to get back to me, I have no choice but to leave a review in the hope that someone finally does. I got my hair done at tricoci and not only is this the worst color I have ever received (streaky, uneven), but my hair is completely ruined now. I have been a longstanding customer for Multiple services and I will never be coming back.
