Although the staff is friendly and helpful, I often have to wait a long time when I come to pick up my prescriptions. The website is useless, won't allow me to enter prescription refill requests.

I used to worked here for years. I ran the Balloon Dept and we got a new store manager. Larry Fugate ran the store for most the time I was there and he was good. Billy Hopkins took his place- mind you this man is a convicted SEX OFFENDER.... Forced sexual abuse on a 23 year old girl. He would follow a coworker around who was 20 or 21... She seemed to reciprocate. Very weird. I hope he's out of the grocery store industry. Disgusting. Do some criminal background checks.

Not for me. The level of service here sucks, it depends on the skin of color. I've seen attitudes from self checkout girl and cashiers. The managers aren't very helpful either.I gave this place multiple tries but will avoid this place going forward.

Nice store, however the self checkout person rather than help was impatient and almost rude. The store needs more checkers and at the self checkout people that want to be of assistance.

Sad to see that Mariano’s corporate is depriving store staff of the holiday on America’s Birthday. I understand companies have to make money, but they must not forget the the most important part of any company, it’s people. They can’t just offer one paid holiday in the year and think they are taking care of it’s people. Staff need to rest and celebrate as well. Please do the right thing and joint the rest of corporate America and give your staff this holiday.

The pharmacists working try their best to accommodate their customers, they are short staffed. No longer take good rx but offered me a different discount. They could be a bit friendlier but I would go back. Coming from a retail background I understand the daily frustration sometimes. But… one should never reflect it on their customers thus the 4 stars not 5

Placed a catering order a week in advanced and I went to pick up the food. No one seems to know where catering gets picked up and everyone seemed just confused that there was a catering order. Confirmed the number I called the week before yet no one knew what was happening. Don't ever place catering orders here

Pros: Shoppers located all but three items. They made very appropriate substitutes and only charged me for the original price of the item I originally sought. Saved me time from having to go shopping on a Friday and deal with crowds, when my time was limited. Cons: After placing the order, I realized I had a doctors appointment on Friday and needed to change the order time by two hours. I spoke with a manager on the phone who confirm the change had been made. I arrived and was told that my order wasn't ready until my scheduled time. They didn't want to hear that I had spoken with a manager previously to change the time. A wasted drive over and back. I arrived back (after my doc appointment) - was told iPads were down and I needed to come inside the store to pay. I wasn't dressed to go inside; however, I did so. My total was different than the original price on my app. They came out to load my groceries and asked that I wait in the car. I drove home. The next day - they called me to inform me that they had left out 4 items and that I needed to come back to the store to retrieve them. I had already left to visit with a friend for the weekend. I asked if they could be delivered to me due to their mistake on Monday when I returned. They refused. I advised them to credit my card back for the items. They indicated they were unable to do so over the phone. I spoke with a manager who reluctantly did so. No apologies for all of my conveniences. I would not use them again for pick up. Not a great experience and when I asked for the General Manager - I was disconnected twice. I spoke to the front end manager who told me they "had no GM" and I asked the name and contact if the Regional management. I was told that she didn't know, but I could call their 1-800 number. Beware!
