I got the BEST eye exam at LensCrafters. Dr. Gianfriddo and her technician Ivett were VERY thorough and could not have been nicer. They both explained all the tests they were conducting and I felt very taken care of. Highly recommend

Quick and easy to make an appointment. Fast service, great comprehensive eye exam. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when picking frames. Plenty of choices (almost too many!) Very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Eric Greenfield is thorough and has prescribed several good (myopia corrective) eyeglasses for me over the years -- at Sears Optical and now Lenscrafters. His latest (08/2024) Rx is great and I see better!
The opticians at Lenscrafters were helpful also, but unfortunately their eyeglasses cost was too high, so I bought at a competitor and got more for less.

The staff and doctor at this clinic were exceptionally kind and helpful. It was the first time my daughter needed contact lenses, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They patiently guided us through each step, thoroughly explaining all the details and providing numerous helpful recommendations. Their cheerful demeanor and constant smiles made the experience even more pleasant.
I was particularly impressed by their effort to speak to us in Spanish, which made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. This level of personalized care and attention to detail is rare to find.
Without a doubt, I will be returning to this clinic. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of eye care services.

This Lens Crafters location has more variety of glasses than any other Lens Crafter I've been in. The staff was super friendly and kinda, they were able to walk me through the details of getting both contacts and glasses.
