I have avoided this store for a long time because it used to be such a disorganized mess. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. Julia in the Sephora section was especially helpful. My only problem was that there was only a limited selection of clothes in my size. Overall, a positive experience!

Do not return here amazon products. The worker is rude and when I complained to supervisor she didn't know what to say when I explained her the situation. The way how did he talked to me was disrespectful and if I could give zero stars I would!

The girls dept in sizes 8-14 is always lacking in items. My daughter used to love coming to Kohls and picking out her clothes but the minute she went up to size 8 and higher, there’s very little choose from. Not because it doesn’t exist, but because this store never stocks it. Every time I go in, I swing by and see if there’s anything for her and the majority of the shelves and racks are completely empty. It’s ridiculous.

My store visit was excellent, but when I called for customer service, I was very disappointed. Person said they would call me back once I received a number, and they didn't. Twice!
