“Awesome work! Awesome service ! Thank you! I needed a ring sized and went to the mall to one of those kiosk, and they wanted more than double than I was willing to pay. Also, can't say I would have trusted the process and them with my Diamond ring. I inquired another jewelry store that is very well-known and they also wanted an arm and a leg and a big toe. Again the price was more than what I was willing to pay. It felt as if these people were intentionally overcharging me. I decided to call TC Jewelry and went in the store with my ring in hand. The boss man analyzed my ring, gave me a price and told me that it would be done soon. It was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed giving this store owner business. I will definitely will shop again and tell all of my friends and family. Thank you!”

“My gf is extremely particular when it comes to jewelry and Jared’s is her go-to. Unfortunately I dont know anything about jewelry so I thought I was in trouble when I went to go get something for her B-Day. Luckily this store has an excellent staff. Amira and Loretta were extremely helpful during my search. They were patient with my total lack of knowledge and ultimately helped me find the perfect neckless for her B-Day. I strongly recomment this store to any guy who is clueless when it comes to jewlery or to anyone who is looking for helpful staff and an excellent selection to choose from. “Awesome location not crowded for thanksgiving week so I was able to get in and get helped right away which was awesome Henrietta helped me out she is a professional at these things because I did not have a clue and she was very efficient and helpful with all my questions definitely didnt get this much knowledge from the other pandora locations ive went to (woodfield and deer park) this location definitely answered more of my questions I had and they work quick to get you out! They are able to size down my bracelet for $35 because I lost a lot of weight you dont get it right away but I chose to just buy a new one since they were on sale! Clean place and the staff was all very helpful! Micheal cleaned my bracelet he did an amazing job was fast and looked just like new! 15/10 here at the hawthorn mall location!”
