Requested style: Tawny is awesome! Not only does she follow your ideas and what you request, but she has such a gift for being able to take her own ideas and combine them with your ideas and just run with it. Tawny does a great job at still making sure you get what you want when she does this. I have NEVER been disappointed with the outcomes when she is finished - I am always so so so happy with the results.

We love taking the kids (ages 12 and 15) to Claire for haircuts. They both have the best time chatting with her and laughing. She is absolutely wonderful with them and their haircuts come out great, too!
Requested style: Textured top and shaved back and sides
Hair type: Ryan has extremely thick hair which has been difficult for most to cut well. Claire did an amazing job.

What a life changing experience! Staff were all so kind and supportive. Stacey did an amazing job on my hair. She was so welcoming, sweet, caring and trustworthy. She took her time with me, and actually cared about making me feel beautiful again!!! I brought my Mom in today to get her hair colored and cut. Claire was her stylist and she did an amazing job with both the color and cut. My Mom left there feeling good about herself, and looking fabulous. Claire was also very nice and my Mom enjoyed chatting with her. I have personally had my hair done at this locate and Tawney does amazing color also. Definitely recommend to friends.

If you have curly hair, you need to come here and see Claire. As somebody who has really thick curly hair, I’ve always struggled to find somebody who can manage my hair. Claire always always kills it. She is so sweet so patient and you can just tell that she loves her job just based on the work she does. Highly highly recommend I come all the way from Chicago just for Claire.

Went in Hair Cuttery for the first time as I also wanted to dye my hair for the first time two days ago, and I can wholeheartedly say how much I LOVE how it turned out!!! Stacey did an AMAZING job and knew exactly what she was doing as we had reference photos to work with. Will definitely come back and continue having her as my stylist!!

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I was there for the haircut and hair color. Guess the guy is new to the system.The 120 mins session exceeded more than 180 minutes and the stylist was superslow in the process and I was not happy with outcome as well.not worth the money.

Despite usually having good experiences at the salon, during my last visit, one of the stylists made my sister uncomfortable by staring at her repeatedly for long periods of time. My sister has a physical disability, and while I understand some individuals may not have encountered someone with her appearance before, the way this stylist stared at her was completely unacceptable. My sister wasn't even the one being serviced, we were sitting waiting for someone else! The stylist in question was servicing someone who was completely unrelated to our party but was clearly distracted by my sister's appearance. My sister recently returned for a haircut alone and mentioned that the same stylist was staring at her again, even going as far as looking over her shoulder to stare while washing someone else's hair. It's disappointing that a long-time customer would be made to feel this way. I would not reccommend this salon if you have a visible disability.

I love coming to this salon, I’ve been coming here for years. But I do have a complaint as I’ve noticed the past few times I’ve come in the manager (she has white highlights and brown hair) always stares at me. I have a physical disability that is noticeable. And while she hasn’t said anything, she has made it very obvious to stare at me for long periods of time, or even go out of her way to look over her shoulder while washing her clients hair to look at me. It does not feel like it’s a look of curiosity, and it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t think I will continue to come here since this has been my experience the past few times.
