Walked in, was greeted immediately upon arrival. Several people were checked in ahead of me, but since only one present I was served right away.
Stylist: Rhodah was pleasant and did a great job of perking up my look! Will visit again.

The manager made a not good situation turn out near perfect, i.e.
I had to return after showering and noticing the length of hair was not acceptable (I was not offered a mirror look upon first visit)
So glad I came back because the manager took care of me just right and it turned out better than I would have imagined.

Wish I wouldn't have came here. Came in for a basic man's haircut. Rhodah was very nice, however totally messed up the haircut. Sides were uneven and back of neck wasn't touched up at all. On me for not noticing how bad it was until I left but I won't be returning for sure.

I had a bad experience today at this location. First time and I wish I had read the reviews on Carrie. I came in with a picture and discussed that I was was looking for, an asymmetrical cut with the left side longer than the right. The length was below the chin on the shortest side. I came in with hair to the middle of my back and left with a Bob up to my ears. It looked nothing like the picture. We argued but there is nothing left to do. I can only wait til my hair grows back. And to find out she does this to other people??! I want my money back.

Completely disappointed with their service. I booked online and arrived on time. I was 3rd in the list when I reached. The lady (I guess she is the manager/ owner) told me that the other lady who is 4th in the list arrived before me so they will take her first for haircut. I had to wait for another 25 minutes. Carrie was the name of the lady who did my haircut. I specifically told her that I need layers haircut and the shape should be v. She gave a very bad haircut which is not at all matching with what I asked. There was no way to correct it as she already made it too short. I will have to wait for my hair to grow to get it cut from a better stylist. I would not recommend this salon.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT SERVICE CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. Walked in and 2 hair stylists immediately became extremely negative due to my 3.5 year olds nervousness about getting a haircut. They let us know they won’t cut anyone’s hair unless they are perfectly still, that this was the policy of the franchise owner. I mentioned that we didn’t plan on having his hair cut with scissors, that we would do the clippers only, and were able to achieve that with similar behavior the last few haircuts. They reinforced they don’t service special needs children and he must be perfectly still. We will be letting everyone know to avoid this location in the future. I’ve never had a hairdresser be so negative without even attempting a haircut.

I understand that price have to go up but your price have gone up a lot in a short period of time and you guys don't offer any coupons anymore so it makes people want to go look at places that offer haircuts with coupons.
