Our company has been using GM Supplies for over 15 years now. Extremely prompt, reliable, excellent customer service. I'm always surprised that my order has already arrived - they have very speedy turnaround. In the span on 15 years there was only one issue with an order which was taken care of immediately. HORRIBLE customer service. Received a broken drum unit. After calling customer service Bob told me that they won't do anything because it has been more than 30 days. And proceeded to tell me that I do not need to order in advance and only when I need it. I work in an office that has 12 printers. We have to have a stock of these. He had a huge attitude and told me I should have inspected the product when it arrived. Why should I have to do that when the box looks perfectly fine and is sealed in the packaging. He then blamed it on UPS after I told him the box is not damaged at all. I also told him that the part that is broken off of the drum is not even in the packaging so it couldn't have been done during shipping. He then told me that I needed to find another supplier if I don't like their products; which I never said, I just wanted the broken one to be replaced. I will take their employee Bob's advice and take my business elsewhere.
