Went there with a prepaid label. The staff refused to help and rudely told me to help myself at the self-service Kiosk. I eventually did so however the package did not get picked up on time. I had to go back for a follow up after few days. Again, same staff member who started talking to me rudely saying I never dropped off the package at that location, without validating the details properly. I had to remind him that I came about a week ago and he rudely refused to help back then and he is doing it again now.
The staff has major problem providing BASIC customer service. Incompetent and super rude attitude. I’m never doing business with them. I'm surprised how this location is still in business.
I would AVOID this location forever!

Incompetent staff with a rude attitude. Wasting your time. Can’t provide basic services. Behave as if they annoyed by your presence. I’m a former FedEx employee. I had to help them to do my shipment right. They had my other shipment messed up in the past. I will never use this office again.

Extremely rude people, unpleasant to deal with.When I asked for on ID Plate to file complain, employer covered it with his hand asking me to leave the store. :-) UNBELIEVABLE...

I came in for book binding because I saw online this was something FedEx offered. The lady told me that if they were to do it the bind would cut 2 inches into the book and into the words. She then proceeded to tell me to get a box cutter and do it myself. I went to staples for this service, where I was able to get it done in a timely manner and without the words being cut off.

Self service not working for printing. Was told I couldn’t get anything printed at the counter and had to use self service to print. Told them 3 times self service was t working and had to ask 3 times to just get a single black and white page printed. Finally said since it was only 1 page they could but was charged $2.50 extra fee to print one black and white paper since they were busy. Have your equipment working or have IT available to fix issues for your storesIf your equipment is broken don’t force customers to pay an extra charge.

I am writing for my mom who comes to this location so often. She is older and her English is poor. But I can't tell you how much we are thankful to Shakena. She is always so patient, understanding and helpful. She explains everything to my mom and helps her with printing and mailing. It's a huge relief for me (living in a different state) knowing that such great people work at FedEx.

I want to give a special shout-out to Shakena! She had solid communication and made my online order to collection seamless! This location is always polite, efficient and convenient! The materials printed and laminated were great quality and allowed me to cut and customize later at home. I sent this order in yesterday and it was ready this morning. Shakena gave me a call to let me know everything was set for me to pick up at my convenience. Thank you!

I tried to ship my parcel in this location. Miquel was serving me. He looked at my package and said that he needs my shipping label in my email. He didn't explain why. While I was looking for this shipping label he went to another desk and never came back. He was serving new and new people. Another girl came to the next desk and I told her that I was trying to ship my package, she tryed to scan my shipping label and said it was too small. I said her that I can email her this label, she gave me their email and started to serve another people. New and new people were coming and I was standing at her and she didn't even look at me. I spent there for about 15 min, after that my daughter started crying asking me why they were ignoring us and serving another people. So I just went away from this place and will never use this location.

The hours on Google Maps are wrong. Do not go here, go to UPS. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or pick up for delivery unless it’s express or 24 hour.

The employee that helped me fed ex some documents on Tues Dec 8th at 9:00 am deserves a raise. Probably the best customer service I’ve received since I’ve been in Chicago. Definitely go to this location if you’re in need of a Fed Ex

The service at this Fed Ex is good. The manager and staff are friendly. However, the communication and overall policy is awful. I ordered some prints and was told they will be ready by night time and I even confirmed by calling that evening and they told me that the prints are ready to go. When I went to go pick them up they told me it would cost an extra $15 to pick them up tonight even though the prints are already ready and printed. They said it was a new policy they wouldn't budge on. It cost me a trip and my time and overall I disapprove of the policy and the way it was communicated to me
