This is a great Extended Stay! Friendly, courteous and extremely accommodating staff. This is my definite "go to" in the area. Have been staying here for 4-5 days at a time every year for 13 years. Highly recommend!Rooms: Rooms are very clean and modernSafety: In a great area. I felt extremely safe here. Will definitely be back.Noteworthy details: Having such an accommodating staff who goes out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable is absolutely the number one factor for me. Kudos to the entire staff!!

No kitchen wares you need to buy it. Excessive noise from old refrigerator makes us wake up. Just 2 towels for 3 day stay without room service.You have to throw trash.Limited front desk hours and hard to see clerk on spot.

This is such a great place to stay and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place! I was very pleased with my experience. The rooms hallways, and stairwells are all kept clean and in impeccable condition. Best of all, the staff here are so nice! The morning guy Dave is friendly and always helpful, and general manager Lauren goes out of her way to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible.

This facility has not hired a maintenance man in 4 months, I have let management know my bathroom sink will not drain for over the past 10 days now & all they tell me is they have no maintenance man. They just instituted charges for fresh towels & you only receive 2 new towels every 2 weeks now. Charges if you want or need additional towels. The tenants need to take out their own trash to the outside dumpster for the past 8-10 months. The kitchen appliances are extremely old & in very poor condition. They advertise a full kitchen, but there is no full kitchen. No oven. No dishwasher. Only 2 burners for the stove with one being very small. The microwave is extremely small & is from the 1980s at the latest. I will be getting out of here at the end of the summer & this place is not cheap to rent. Extremely poor. There are no free breakfasts here another lie. No amenities are free. The whole place is in poor condition & needs to be entirely redone. Will be moving out of here at the end of summer.

Hated it. No conveniences, no ammenities. At all. No shampoo. Coffee, ice. Nothing. Not even friendly. At all. We were planning on staying several nites but left after one and went somewhere else. Will never be going there again!! Disapointed!?

Lauren and the front desk staff have displayed a very friendly, polite, calm, and professional demeanor. It is much appreciated. The place is quiet, and the room is nice.

THE WIFI AND IS RIDICULOUS YOU CANT GET NO SERVICE ON YOUR PHONE DATA AND THE WIFI SUCKS EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR HIGH SPEED. $100 A NIGHT IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO NOT BE ABLE TO ENJOY YOUR STAY BECAUSE YOU HARDLY HABE ANY INTERNETI THINK ITS JUST THE WRONG LOCATION FOR A HOTEL.

It is odvious these clerks are extroadinarily vicious and have no regard for human life....let alone a person who paid good money to be there. They sent a plumber to my room that was enebriated that came onto me and I appear slightly disheveled these days; someone stole a tube of tooth paste; the female clerk or perhaps manager mouthed the word, "suicide" lying about my brother's murder- no doubt N*** police provided her information that was false because their peers are guilty of conspiracy; a male clerk referred to me using sexually duragatory language. repeatedly I get placed on hold,(phone) by people at these places and law enforcement gives them the GREEN light to go at me. one person sat in the lobby with his pit bull resting near his side...each time a passerby was in his presence he would growl and produce a look as if he sought to attack. At times one can smell the marijuana coming from rooms. I likely caught covid at the Hotel . I can not in good faith reccomend the place until assured the staff will cease in harassing patrons and encourage a civilized environment.....

Clean Quiet, all the things you want to have in a place like this. On item I did miss, is no ice machine. Yes there is ice trays in the freezer. But, well I didn't want to wait.

To be more accurate, I’d say this hotel is a 3.5 stars. It’s clean, adequate parking for me and my big d*** truck, and quiet. The rate they’re charging is adequate.But, a few complaints. There’s no coffee available early in the morning. I don’t know about you, but coffee is the first thing I do in the morning. No coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the front lobby. I had to accept buying a Monster from the vending machine.2nd: no ice machine. A minor annoyance, but it matters to me.3rd: grab and go breakfast. I hate grab and go breakfast, covid or not.

First, as usual the Internet keeps going out - this happens constantly. Further, I posted a review about the Internet service previously and ESA management said someone would contact me - never heard from anyone. All the services have gotten worse here. A house keeper is supposed to clean the room every 2 weeks, well for the last 6 weeks no one showed up. I went downstairs and told the front desk 3 times about this only last week did someone show up. Further, the new guy they hired for the front desk is terrible, the prior ones were good. This one has black hair and they r supposed to be at the front desk, well this one goes in the back room and is either sleeping or watching TV because it is very difficult to get his attention. The good reviews here must be canned because it is just not what happens here at this location.
