New dollar tree it not open yet but it looks cool I maybe go there in the future and see if this location is good because the old location is bad it has stuff on the floor I hope the new location is better than the old one

No greeting upon arriving and departing from the store.Shocking customer service and shortage of associates to assist clients.Long lines.When I asked the cashier, Noelia, about items I could not find, her response was “I don’t know, look there” (where is there?).I actually walked through the aisles to search for what I was looking for prior to asking.This is a continuous lack of reasonable service, approach and respect by the cashiers who are FOH representatives of the store (over the years).I must say that the staff at the Deerfield, IL store are so much nicer, pleasant and customer savvy.

I was charged for an item that I didn't receive. Went back and was told it wasn't there, even though receipt shows I paid for it.

This location really needs to re-train their employees. Been to 3 different Dollar Generals to buy candle vases. Two out of the three stores, the cashiers brought our newspapers to wrap the glass vases. This location, the little kid (dude really needs to lose the attitude) doesn’t even bring out the paper and starts putting the glass vases in the box. I even tell him to wrap it with newspaper and he says he doesn’t have any. I tell him to call the manager. Lo and behold, he brings out paper from underneath the cash register. Just do your work properly from the start instead of causing more issues and acting all miserable that you have to work.

As you can see by the reviews this location sucks. I told the cashier 3 times that I would be making two separate purchases. I told him before my first items were scanned, as he scanned the item and after… dude common and listen… the kid still scanned my item with the first purchase. I understand maybe you’re busy, but listen to the customer… I told him that he scanned it with my first purchase and there wasn’t any return or apology. If you’re going to do customer service I suggest having active listening skills.

Visited this location last week. The Hispanic lady associate was very rude and unfriendly. Didn’t even make an eye contact when I asked her a question and responded in a rude manner. I would think twice to go there again.

I manage a Dollar Tree in the area and I was really impressed with this store. The aisles are merchandised correctly, the store was clean and everything was fully stocked and recovered. This is one of the good ones.
