This location does not offer infant/early toddler care - misleading website - misleading my customer care - make sure you confirm all the information at the location(not customer care). Apparently corporate and the location aren’t synced up completely.
Two stars for the call from the office 1 hour before our appointment.

I’ve had a few visits at this office and at first things were great. Both dental assistants that helped me were amazing and very compassionate. The dentist himself was ok but he always left the room immediately after being done with me and never took the time to educate me on anything. I had gone initially for a severely infected tooth that I needed extracted and I had even paid for it to be done at this office. Then a few visits went by and I kept waiting to hear what the dentists decision on that tooth was. It wasn’t until my most recent visit that I expressed to the dental assistant (because the dentist bolted out of the room as usual) that I was in so much pain and she told me I should’ve gotten a referral because he wanted it removed by an oral surgeon, but one was never given to me or was I told of that decision. Finally, I got the referral and was told to find an oral surgeon to remove it for me. A few days after, my tooth pain got even worse and then I formed 2 abscesses around the infected tooth. I kept calling the office and left multiple messages across multiple days wanting to see if they could at least prescribe me antibiotics for the infection until I saw the surgeon. Not one person EVER called me back. I left multiple emergent messages with the answering service as well. I ended up calling the dentalworks Skokie location and they took me in the same day I called and gave me antibiotics and then later extracted my tooth. They were so confused why this dentist couldn’t just extract it on his own because it didn’t require a surgical extraction. But the fact that I kept calling and calling and no one answered me made me feel so uncared for and I feared for my life because it was a serious infection. To this day I still haven’t received a call back and it’s been 2 weeks already. I will now be going to the Skokie location even though it is a lot farther of a drive for me. They were so much more compassionate and educating and professional.

Very nice I came in early but I was Received by the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. The registration process was very easy then I was met by the technician who took x-rays and explained everything to me and then the doctor came and he explained everything to me very nice staff very friendly.

Very disappointing experience they cancelled three of my appointments. There seems to be a lack of consistency at this place. Im tired of repeatedly calling and spending 30 minutes on the phone, leaving work early, only to have my appointment cancelled in the end.

Very professional staff. Doctor was nice he did go over my treatment. Receptionist was very helpful, patient with all my questions and concerns. Office does need an update but very clean. I would recommend this place.

This is just money making place. They will not provide service what you required for and they insist you do some thing over service. I went 3 times to Dental works and after check up (just regular wellness visit) and they recommend to remove my wisdom teeth and I never had any issues and I just need cleaning my teeth. 3 times when I request for cleaning, he declined my request and he is very rude and saying if I do teeth extract then only he will do cleaning. Very worst place. I don't recommend anyone.

Major upsell on laser treatment that is not covered by insurance - I went for a routine cleaning. Hygienist mentioned that I need to do deep cleaning and assured me that my insurance covers it. When I told her to double check, she mentioned laser treatment is not covered and she recommends laser treatment. I told her that I don't want to do laser treatment. (She forced me to do laser treatment during my previous visit and I didn't see any benefit from it). She agreed that she will do just deep cleaning and won't do laser. But half way through cleaning, she told me I had to laser without giving me much chance to say No. She told me she will give me a discount and it will be 50$. With my mouth open and numb, I didn't have any other option.Deep cleaning is done over two visits and on my first visit , deep cleaning and laser treatment was done on half side. I also paid the 50$ extra for laser treatment and bill said full mouth laser treatment. I was also scheduled to do the remaining half next week. I went for my second visit and I got my remaining half cleaned. Hygienist also did the laser on the second half. Now comes the surprise. At checkout, I was told that I need to pay another 50$ for laser !!!!This is pure cheating. They charged me twice for full mouth laser in a week. When I questioned, all they said is description on the bill is confusing.So beware of the laser trap.

Going to the dentist always scares me but the team was great! Jenny was amazing!!! So thoughtful, considerate, taught me how to care for my teeth, and was super gentle! and dr nasser was so kind and also took the time to explain my X-rays. X-rays were uncomfortable but that’s not staffs fault, I’ve never liked dental x rays. The receptionist was patient and helpful to accommodate my schedule! Everyone was very upfront about prices and generous! Highly recommend for teeth care!

Despite liking the doc and the dental hygienist, their office management is a mess. I canceled clients for a scheduled extraction and they canceled the appointment two days before. I was not able to reschedule those clients. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week (infected tooth, antibiotics ran out, lots of pain and bleeding) and the doc no-showed. Same issue with clients canceled on my end. Their excuse: they made a mistake in scheduling. Seems to be a pattern. So essential I lost about 800 in client fees and I still have an infected tooth that needs to be removed. Moving on to another dentist.
