A friend needed a new battery for her Android phone and it would have taken a week through Batteries Plus. They suggested this place. Poor communication to begin with and when you leave a message don’t expect a call back. The new battery they put in drained even faster than the old one. The owner was very condescending and was making excuses almost blaming my friend for the fast draining. He agreed to order another battery and I’m still waiting for a call back- it’s been over a week. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to Batteries Plus!!! Customer service non existent and border line rude.

This shop in Vernon Hills is strange. I gave a phone with cracked screen that was working. They had issues repairing it. They had to send it to another shop for further repairs. I called the shop and the owner started shouting at me over the phone. He claimed that phones can get damaged while repairing. He also said that the phone in question was available on eBay for less than 100 dollars and he advised me to buy a phone off eBay as the one I gave for repair was broken. This happened under his watch. He was magnanimous in saying that he will not charge me. Please do not go to this store. I believe they are not up to the task.
They deserve no stars. I will rate them minus five out of 10.

Had an emergency with my Blackberry phone and the folks at CPR (both David in Vernon Hills and Brian in Highland) couldn't have been more professional and helpful in assisting me. If/when I have phone problems again in the future I will definitely go to these guys first!

Repaired iPad screen, found leaked light after a few days and went back for another try, same thing after a few weeks. Tired of going back, should have gone to a different shop. This one is armature at best, save your time & money and skip this one, or repair at your own risk.

Yes, this is the store, it’s near my home and I visited twice. You didn’t give me a receipt and I didn’t bother to get one.

This place deserves zero stars. Not only do they not return phone calls after recognizing giving you a malfunctioning phone screen but they deny giving you a full refund with claim details. The owner is a very unpleasant person who yells at you over the phone and ignores everything you say. If you have an iPhone go straight to the Apple Store. I’m surprised they are still in business. My issue goes back to January 13. If you expect to receive your money back good luck. And no I won’t return again for them “to fix my phone” when they clearly couldn’t do it the first time. Please don’t trust this place with your personal phone or your money.Actually, the phone was an issue 3 days after it was fixed. I called the store: also again there’s no need for your slander or to spread misinformation on a business account. You are ignorant by stating on your personal business page online that I am homeless which it has been almost a full month since getting out of homelessness after 6 months. I said I was living at my parents a full hour away. I deserve my money back. But since you are slandering me and blaming my situation on drug use... I would think twice about what you post from a business standpoint. What you have said is discriminatory, misleading and misinformation.

Had an appointment set up for 11:30 AM today and I showed up to a closed and locked store. Half an hour later and the store is still not open.Edit: lmao what a response.

I had an ipad repaired, and it was a quick and seamless process. the associate was very knowledgeable! If i run into needing an electronic fixed, i know where i’ll go!
