Consumer Reports gave the Casper DREAM mattress at very high rating. Had to check it out. I love the mattress and Repose frame and headboard. The mattress is comfortable and love the sleek lines of the bed frame.
So impressed with the manager, Stephen, and all who works there. So helpful in every way.

Awful location. Went to buy a mattress at 2pm on a Sunday and the location was closed!! Who does this?? They lost my business. Can’t close in the middle of the afternoon!

Went in to order a mattress and they legit had a post it on the front door saying,"back at 2:30." What kind of business does that?! We drove 30 min to get there and checked the hours of operation before going. Definitely won't be purchasing a bed from here. Not sure how a company will make money if they aren't open in the middle of the day.

This is my worst experience with mattress company, i wish I didnt purchase it from this company.I bought the Nova Hybrid and a year after the bed sag a lot and i contacted the company to replace it or doing something or even to upgrade, i have sent emails, called multiple times, they keep me waiting on phone for hours and suddenly phone hang up on me or they never call back.Its been since March calling and emailing and no one is taking action about it.I truly wish I didnt go with this company.I dont recommend them at all.

If 0 star is an option here, I’d definitely go for that. Casper customer service is the worst! you can only pray that Casper won’t mess up with your order, otherwise you’ll end up spending hundreds of hours to make up for Casper’s own mistakes!!!I ordered a queen mattress and an adjustable base about one month ago. However, I received a KING size mattress instead. I’ve been talking with the customer service back and forth about the pick up and return, but they never gave me a specific date and these giant boxes has been sitting on my small apartment for almost two weeks! Yesterday I called the customer service again and they said they “scheduled” the UPS for pickup, but I had to move both items to downstairs which weighed more than 300 lbs. When I moved to the mail room, the UPS person came and told me there was no pickup scheduled and he didn’t have the return label. THERE WAS A HUGE MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN CASPER AND UPS!!!!!!Around 1pm CT, I called the customer service again, the agent told me that the label had been created and the UPS would come again. Around 6PM, I checked the mail room and the video footage, the mattress and base were still sitting there and nobody ever came. however, when I called the customer service again, the agent claimed that the UPS already picked them up at 5:40 PM? Why Casper was lying to your customers?? CASPER just admit that YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER AT ALL!!That’s the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Now I’m facing a penalty for placing large items in the mail room for overnight. This is ridiculous!Considering how much money I spent and what I get from Casper, I would highly recommend another mattress brand!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feels comfortable initially but gave me back pain and stiffness. I also started feeling tired when I woke up in the mornings and occasionally woke up in the middle of the night. I could tell I wasn’t getting deep sleep even when I slept for 8 hrs. When I contacted them within the return period, they made it seem like they couldn’t find my order and would need to provide details from the original receipt. Really? You guys can send me nonstop targeted ads via social but you can’t find my 2k purchase that’s attached in this email chain? Made it harder than it needed to be. For awhile I wasn’t sure and thought it was pandemic habits, but even after I resumed exercising, the poor sleep and back pain was still there. Then I went on a business trip and finally got a good night’s sleep and realized it was this mattress! I’ve read that these mattresses aren’t good for people over 200lb, but now I can attest it’s bad for people who weigh low 100s too. Just disappointed in their service and supposed return policy.

My mattress is long overdue for a replacement, thus saith my achy back. So I browsed the Casper website with an interest in experiencing the look and feel of their mattress selection in-person. I stopped over at the Vernon Hills store to view the models on display for a real life 'try before you buy' test. What's cooler is that online I could schedule a one hour in-store nap at any of the participating Casper locations. During my test I even straddled my hubby to simulate that type of experience... The associate who helped me at the Vernon Hills store was very informative and had a great sense of humor.

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly and this review is based off my order.I called to place an order for pick-up and spoke with Mila. After asking about the availability of a specific item, model, and size she set my order aside for pickup. Before hanging up I double checked to ensure it was the correct model and size and she acknowledged the model and size back to me. When I arrive to pickup the order I am instructed that they do not have that item in availability and they only have the upgraded version of the model and size in stock. Upset as this seems more of a bait and switch then a honest mistake as I verified twice the item, model, and size and it was repeated back to me. Wasted an hour drive just to order it online...

We've been waiting months for this store to open, and we're thrilled it finally did. The customer service was fantastic! Big shout-out to Manny who helped explain all the differences and walked us through all our options. The entire staff was great, but if you need a sleep expert ask for Manny.

Let's go check out the new store and glad we did! Nova purchased and we love it. Head/foot massage, 0 Gravity, USB ports and under bed lighting a plus. Lots of fun gadgets. Installation in less than an hour and the technicians were super nice and professional. Fit right into our existing bed frame. Benjamin Childers and Manny Morga exceeded customer service excellence. Delivery was more delayed than Casper preferred but definitely worth the wait. The Casper mattresses and pillows are sooo comfy! Thank you Casper, Ben and Manny for a job well done!
