It's so weird to not have drive thru tellers at a bank.That said, the tellers I worked with inside were friendly and engaging.The patron who was in before me was sharing her life story with one of the tellers and the teller was patient and accommodating since there was no one else in line.I'd come back for my banking needs, but BoA needs to work on providing options for people who may need to stick to drive thru.

One of the worst BOA locations in the US, no one is helpful at this location it’s like dealing with an automated recording. Waited for the Business Banker to finish dealing with a customer, she saw me waiting outside her cabin but didn’t even acknowledge me. Take your business elsewhere.

Don't expect much help from the personnel. They just say cannot be done and make you run to another branch with hope for someone who actually is there to help

Went in to discuss an issue regarding a home loan. The greeter handed me a sticky note with a phone number that the loan officer gave her to give to me. I asked if I could speak to him, and she said , " No, he won't talk to you."

Went in this location to drop off a deposit for my job and pick up the receipts, as it is the last day of the month. When I got to the counter I do admit that I didn't wait for him to call me up, so maybe that's why he was upset. But I asked if I could pick up the receipts he rudely told me no, when I asked why he ignored me. Then I asked again he told me tomorrow and didn't say anything else. I asked if he could take the deposit and he said yes. I understand if your policy around picking up receipts could be different from other Banks but he could have explained it to me and there wouldn't have been any confusion. Very poor customer service

I had an amazing experience with banker Donnavan Badua. He explained all the debit card details very thoroughly especially how the mobile app functions. He was very patient since we had to update the addresses of all our bank accounts because of a recent move. He was able to help open a new bank account and Debit Card with ease. I recommend Banker Badua to anyone going to this Bank of America!
