1000 Butterfield Rd Suite 1001, Vernon Hills“I had a faulty machine I bought at another store and came in two days in a row from Chicago to fix. While my first expiration with Shanu wasn’t the best it was due to personal error forgetting the receipt. That being said the manager Mary was so nice and helped me and my friend quickly and easily while making polite banter. Overall wonderful experience with Mary! Thanks girl!”
“Very eclectic collection at this location. I came in for whiskey glasses and candles, and I was able to find it. Im sure whatever knickknacks or trinkets you need are here. The only reason I can't give a five-star is the lack of signage for the ailes. It is difficult to find what you need in here because of it.”
“When our civilization is gone and future generations excavate our archeological remains they will find...Bob Ross toaster and panini maker? They will ponder, who was this individual and why did they embellish their bread with his likeness? This and other similar items are available at Hobby Lobby. I ventured in HL today in search of a multi-generational craft. I settled on painting metal containers that we can fill with candy. I decided against painting on glass because, well, breakable. I think the painting/candy eating activity will be just fine. I found all that I needed here, along with other things I don't (see toaster, above) and most of it on sale (sometimes up to 70 percent off). Surprisingly, most of the Easter items were already cleared away for patriotic red white and blue items (Memorial Day? Flag Day? Fourth of July ?).”
“Oh my gosh! All Paper Source stores are great, but the Deer Park store has Debbie and Sara (I think that's the young lady's name!). They were so helpful and all their suggestions and were exactly what we needed. They will always be a part of our wedding invitation story.”
“I went to get a sewing machine for daughters birthday.Cashier said they are all there in a cage .I showed her the pic and she paged someone to look in store room .It was in stock and I was very pleased. The cashier and lady that came with machine were helpful. But I want to do a major kudos to Richard.Who gave me a little tutorial about the best way to check out the machine. Eg. Thread to use, material to use, different ways to test out the threads and stitches, even using a pie pan to get used to maneuvering the stiches. All the notion purchases ,he had gone thru and actually saved me $20.00 on something I didn't need. Also buy 2 (?)get one notion free. He was very helpful and friendly. He is definitely a asset to your business.Thank you Richard. You were of great help to me.And thanks to the other 2 ladies It was a very good experience shopping at JoAnn fabrics and crafts.”
“Really nice store. Good quality craft items. Great variety of paper, dies, stamps and embellishments. They even have their own brand!! Friendly helpful staff and owner too. I recommend. Just wish I wasn't so far away.”
