The problem ended up being bigger than we originally thought but they were willing to stay late to help out. They were so personable and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“I was on the side of I-70, heading to MO from ME. I called my insurance company to file for roadside assistance. The estimated time for Martin's Service Center was 120-150 minutes. My mom encouraged me to get police on site because semi trucks weren't moving over (literally three feet away, if that) and I wouldn't risk opening my door to check the tire situation. The state trooper got involved with getting a tow truck our sooner. She called Mike at Kelly's Towing, and he got there so quickly. Mike was kind enough to drop my vehicle off at a garage and give me and my dog a ride to a hotel.
I'm very happy with how this situation turned out.
