“I am 94 years old . I completely locked my iPhone out and could not get back into it . I had many of my relatives help me to no avail. Well needless to say I was lost until I went to my local Verizon store and Kenneth help me restore my phone like new . When we came in he was dealing with many customers and still was able to multi task and fix my phone. I would recommend this store to anyone .”
