“Driving from Ohio to Colorado and kept having brake problems in our Jeep. Found these guys online, gave them a call, and they were happy to try and squeeze us in before they closed. The problem ended up being bigger than we originally thought but they were willing to stay late to help out. They were so personable and friendly. Highly recommend!”
“Our truck broke down and the owner towed us to his shop, McDowell's. They treated us with respect and had our vehicle ready as soon as they could. We were stranded for five day's in a town where we knew nobody. Shelly took us to the Inn and came and got me the next day so I could get more clothes out of the truck, she also took me to the gas station. They are nice people. These people will be in our prayers. Thank you soooo much.”

“Andy’s repaired not one but two of our vehicles this week. One deer damage, the other from hitting a buzzard. Yep. They were great to work with from start to finish. Their communication was great and they worked closely with us to schedule and coordinate the repairs as we had to have both vehicles fixed within a few days. Their work was superb, finished on time and super-friendly folks.”
“I was on the side of I-70, heading to MO from ME. I called my insurance company to file for roadside assistance. The estimated time for Martin's Service Center was 120-150 minutes. My mom encouraged me to get police on site because semi trucks weren't moving over (literally three feet away, if that) and I wouldn't risk opening my door to check the tire situation. The state trooper got involved with getting a tow truck our sooner. She called Mike at Kelly's Towing, and he got there so quickly. Mike was kind enough to drop my vehicle off at a garage and give me and my dog a ride to a hotel.
I'm very happy with how this situation turned out.

“My elderly mother and sister drove their vans 4 hours to have the folks down here to fix them right. Both had been to dealers up north immediately prior. Hosicks corrected and fixed everything the first time. Stinks you have to drive 4 hours for this level of Service, GREAT that I don't have to!”
