“I HAD RATED AS A 1 STAR ⭐️?... NOW 5 STARS... thanks Shane for the quick response. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an issue which you can see below.After this poor review i was contacted by a representative Shane. He asked about my issue and about the unfortunate issue I encountered with my poor customer service during my initial phone conversation. He said he would look into this issue but please allow time for him to research. I was so appreciative of his service and level of concern. That IS customer service. He called me back less than 24 hours later. Shane found that i had indeed paid off my loan and somewhere it had just stopped being processed. Shane said he moved it through the system quickly. My county clerk should have received notification today and they are also mailing me a copy of the paid off loan. Not everything always works smoothly but customer service should always be first and foremost. Thank you Shane and Arsenal Credit Union for using this as an example for training. I look forward to receiving my updated documents next week.Had a home equity loan. Paid it off 2 months ago. Still have not processed it to clear it. I called and all I got was that she will send an email to remind them. What kind of service is that?”

“Excellent customer service. Finding how to get into the bank parking lot caused some difficulty. They were very busy at the time I arrived (I didn't have an appointment or time slot for my arrival). The office was short personnel which caused a 15-20 minute wait to complete opening my new account. But again, excellent customer service and I accomplished my goal.”
“I receive excellent service from this branch. Thank you for all you do. But calling the customer service line is horrific. I've been the 58th call in line with an estimated wait of one hour. Asking for callback, we'll they never call back. Guess it's my fault because literally every time I call whatever time of the day it is, I'm calling during heave call volume time lol”
“Sarah was awesome with helping me find out why my debit card was declined at the license office in Crystal. She engaged in conversation like we knew each other, which made me less stressed. We figured out what the problem could of been and she left me a voice mail before she left for the day to make sure everything was ok. Now that is going above and beyond, especially with the lack of customer assistance in the post COVID world we live in! Kudos to her!”
“Ive been banking with them for almost a full year and i love all of them they r always so positive and happy and they always help no matter what but most importantly the personal bank andrea was so sweet. “I always receive excellent service at the Festus branch. Shelby Sims has been awesome to work with, she is eager to help and is an asset to FSCB. I closed an account due to the convenience of another bank in town (hours work with mine) and when I arrived at the other bank they gave me a hard time and I had the exact documents that were required for this particular kind of account. I left there and called Shelby and it was NO PROBLEM at all. She got everything set up with the same papers the other bank said weren't sufficient. She goes the extra mile and its greatly appreciated. Thanks again.”

“We started banking at the Oakville branch in 1994, it was a trailer on telegraph, as they were building the bank. We have business accounts and personal. We dealt with the Richardson and telegraph locations for many loans, including home loans and commercial property loans. We use both locations for 1 for business and 1 for personal accounts. When you stay with a bank for over 30 years there’s a reason. Highly recommend for business and personal needs. Good job Midwest bank and congratulations for being recognized in your awards.”
